They do not deserve any stars! Laziest post office delivery people!!! Always sending packages back for “redelivery” bc they are too lazy to place package in specified Dropbox within 3 feet of mailbox. If it requires effort they won’t do it.

ZERO STARS. Worst post office around. You would be better off paying for a private mailbox in a different city like Hayden/PF. What a disruption this has been for our family. They are constantly messing up packages, sending them back but occasionally forwarding them… so unhelpful and front desk is rude. Can you say government funded????

I'm writing this out pure frustration. The office ladies have always been helpful. Even when I call. Today, however, I called after receiving texts saying no authorization to deliver mail. I called saying they placed my mail on a 10 day hold because one of the household receiptants had moved, and their mail was marked wrong address return to sender no longer at this address. When I called, the 10 day hold was explained. When I tried to clarify the situation, repeatedly, I was spoken over and then tried to hang up. I again tried to explain that there was no reason this, and I would like my mail to be delivered from the last few days and the receiptants' email to be forwarded or returned to sender. Hopefully, they will have a better day, and they can continue their great service we have always received. 💙

There seems to be a problem with Amazon packages being delivered. I requested Amazon to use UPS and NOT USPS...not in line with their contract. Apparently short handed on weekends. Interaction with staff is always pleasant and efficient at the PO...smiling faces are a welcome sight!!

Athol post office is small but served our community perfectly and I have always had good customer service with a smile.

Customer service doesn't exist. Amazon packages don't get delivered properly at least one third to half the time.

Terrible customer service. I have called 4 times as well as actually go into the place and I still have not received any sort of call back. I just emailed the postmaster so we shall see if she responds. ?♀️

I never get my Amazon packages when they come usps. Ordered Christmas gifts for my 5 year old and all were labeled attempted delivery will try again. I get mail every day don’t know why I can get a package. I don’t even get a not in my box if it is to big to pick it up. I wish I could see how things were being shipped on Amazon I would never order anything coming usps.

Every interaction I’ve had with the employees of this post office has been overwhelmingly positive, especially compared to most other post offices. The staff is extremely competent and has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times with moving issues.

Good service. Neat and clean. They had to send me 20 miles to Sagle to overnight a letter because they didn't have early pickup in Athol. Wish they did.

Nice small town post office. Parking lot is not in the best of shape. However the post office is moving to a new location of the late KKJ's Pizza Place at 29777 N. Old Highway 95 very soon. The parking lot at the new location is in great shape with better access off of a not so busy road. The new building is roughly two and a half times bigger.
