I’ve been shopping at the Beau Monde stores for many years, and it’s always my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area. I make it a point to look here first before going to the mall or other boutiques. The prices are great, and the selection is always worth checking out.

I especially want to commend Dawnelle, who truly goes above and beyond. She understands what excellent customer service looks like and gives 100% every time. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the inventory, and always willing to assist with whatever you need.

Crissy provides the same outstanding experience. From the moment you walk into the store, she’s in high spirits, offers helpful feedback, and suggests great alternatives if you’re unsure about a purchase. I mentioned to her that I travel often and can’t always buy certain materials since I don’t have access to an iron, and she recommended the “Downy Wrinkle Releaser Spray,” which was such a thoughtful and practical suggestion.

Both of them are truly exceptional—it’s rare to find people who are this passionate and bring such positive energy into their work. I highly recommend visiting all locations, and it would be amazing if everyone received the same level of customer service training as these two ladies.”
