“I got a flat tire just past the Blackfoot exit on a Sunday evening awhile back. Thankfully I had roadside assistance through my insurance and Bowers picked up the message. I knew how to change the tire to my spare, but I was on the side of the freeway and a little nervous about being close to cars traveling so fast. Bowers stopped and helped me swap out the tire super quickly. They were kind and professional, making a stressful situation much easier for me. They found and marked the puncture hole in the tire so I could get it looked at and sent me on my way. I was so grateful for the help! I haven't worked with them for anything else but would recommend them simply based off of this interaction.”
