“I’m traveling and living in my van full-time. Late Saturday morning, it wouldn’t start. Thankfully, Vance answered his phone. He listened to my description and suggested the battery needed a jumpstart. My battery is new, but I took the pro advice and called AAA. Yep, started right up, so I headed to Vance’s to have him check out my vehicle. My alternator had low output.
An hour later, the part was delivered and installed. Vance returned to his Saturday plans, and I got back on the road.
His price was fair, and while we waited for the part, he helped me with the puzzle that is my second-hand DIY electrical system. I’m grateful he answered the phone on a Saturday!”
“Did an awesome performance build on my “hotrod†very happy with the experience. Steve and Jeremy talked me through the build process. Helped me put together a parts list and executed the install flawlessly all for a very reasonable price. I honestly feel they went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and from what I hear that's a common practice. If you're looking for some honest mechanics with a great turn around time and skill these are the guys. I will definitely continue to work with them. Would highly recommend!”
“Stopped in for an oil change last week. Service was very friendly. I was honestly surprised at how quickly they were done. I hardly had enough time to sit long enough to get comfortable, and my car was ready. They have a cooler of free drinks in the waiting room, which was a nice touch. They finished my oil change faster than what it would have taken me to drink a can of soda. They offered to vacuum my car, and they washed all the windows, inside and out (done well, not with a week-old greasy rag like some places). Very impressed. Price wasn't unreasonable, either, and I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary upgrades like often happens at other places. I'd definitely go here again.”
“Amazing experience. We were in town visiting family when our car had issues. We looked for people to help and no one was able to put us into their schedules unless we waited 3-4 weeks. Carson’s was able to quickly and accurately identify the issue, and repair it within the same day despite being busy. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and capable. “Best auto place ever! One time I was having issues with my car dragging a metal piece that had come loose. The owner helped me be all set to be on the road again in no time without the piece. I insisted on paying but he is almost too nice to not accept it haha. Best service I have ever had”
“I was supposed to be in Blackfoot for a two hour appointment. I was driving up from American Falls. All of a sudden, I lost steering on the freeway. I managed to get off the freeway. I called Murray's, and they helped me navigate getting a tow truck and getting my truck to them. My truck was a mess with power steering liquid all over. NICK AND MIKE WERE AMAZING! They took charge so well. I don't make decisions about our vehicles because that is my husband's area he is away for a few months. They were less than half the price of their competitors. In addition, they helped me with the fuzes for the A/C and the radio. In addition, when they were done, they gave me a ride back to the hotelI would never take my truck anywhere else it is worth the drive, especially if you are a woman who doesn't know much about her vehicle.they are the most honest and trustworthy people out there**There is also something I need to address about some of the reviews which happened to be negative. I know this much Mike would never do anything dishonest and to those extremely few people who said bad things about Mike or his work ethic You are absolutely wrong.he would never do the things that the reviewers said. It's hurtful and disgusting although the platform will not let me address the people personally their names are Kaylee Johnson. This woman clearly has huge issues surrounding her financial situation. You Kaylee are responsible for the repairs and upkeep of your vehicle. It is not anyones fault or responsibility but yours. Mike didn't force you to buy a car that needed a substantial amount of work. You only have yourself to blame.it is unbelievable that you claim that mike "yelled at you" shame on you girl.Next is a woman who goes only by the name honey badger(this woman had reviewed 13 places and literally gave every one of those a single star saying just off the wall things) there was another man called Mike cammeon. No one literally no one would do that Mike from Murray's auto repair would not have done that for so many reasons. I have a masters degree in forensic psychology and it's my opinion that you may be suffering from some kind of psychiatric issue”

“Was recommended to Lee’s by a customer of theirs. I went over my exhaust questions for my ‘15 Silverado 1500 6.2L. I didn’t want a “cat-back”, just a muffler change and resonator delete. Chase took the time to explain options with no pressure. I chose a MagnaFlow with res delete and SS exhaust tip. Very happy with my purchase, truck sounds great and I saved $$$. They even gave me an insulated travel mug for doing business with them. Lane and Chase are great to work with and I recommend them for your exhaust needs.”
