Not only was I overcharged and didn’t get my 4oz of tomatillo ranch after asking if it was in the bag, this is how the food looked when I got home. Burned nachos on top, soggy on the bottom- seriously tasted as if they were cooked last night and someone no showed or cancelled their order and they threw it over the warmer. The Baja bowl lacked all toppings and was disgusting- Nothing was freshly made. I am usually not one to complain, but this is the 3rd time of screwing up.

It's a Friday night and I waited for 16 mins in the drive thru with only 1 person in front of me, just to be told that they are out of rice. What Mexican meal doesn't have rice? Even though they don't close for an hour, the 6 employees were all scrubbing and cleaning, instead of cooking and customer serving. BLACKFOOTS Employees are the worst and they never have the food I am craveing. The last 2 times, out of queso. This is the second time this week. I hope management can make some positive changes before they lose the support of this town. Side note, the drive thru lady did upgrade my drink size to try to make me happy. She was nice.

This is about the third time I've gone in during the evening and they have "run out of rice," or refuse to cook any more, and for months they have been delicately measuring the meat. From my experience, the Blackfoot location is the only one that measures the protein.The employees were kind and competent, but I would guess higher management has given poor instructions of not cooking more rice more than an hour before closing, and to precisely measure out a meager amount of meat. When it's available, the food is good though. I really enjoy Costa Vida, but this location needs some changes.

In my overall experience the customer service here isn’t very good. Most of the workers are young and just stand around talking to each other while not taking people’s orders. I don’t see any managers or team leads telling them that they need to get back to work. For a burrito that takes not even 2 minutes to make I don’t think it should take more than 10-15 minutes.

Might be the top 5 rudest employees I have seen - the girl making our food had a bad attitude, she was visibly bothered by anyone in the restaurant. I told the manager that his employee need to work on their customer service - his response “oh yeah”….Other than that, no ice in the machine and the whole process was slow and unorganized. They were not even busy.

Good food with decent prices. Service is usually sub par. All the tables were dirty and when I didn't get a ranch for a salad I had to wait a while as employees walked by not acknowledging me before I finally interrupted and got their attention.

Food was great. Staff was slow to take our order. I mentioned the dining room need attention and the employee snapped at me says”yeah. I know!” My enjoyment came from other guests. Staff needs some courtesy and quick response training.

We eat here often, usually ordering at the drive-through. Not infrequently, the order is wrong or missing something entirely. After missing an entire entree after one order, I called in and the employee that answered was unapologetic. They said my entree would be refunded, but it never was (I live too far away to have gone back in). The manager even emailed me after I left a review and wanted to make sure I received compensation, and I still never did... We love Costa Vida and want to see this location do well but the service needs improvement.
