So the first time I went there I got there flamethrower bugger and wanted American cheese they got it wrong. But tonight decided to give them another chance and it was amazing.Update I got a flame thrower 3 burger with patties so bad no one could eat. I don't want a refund I don't want a replacement. I want you to talk to your shift managers about if the meat is expired just toss it and cook to order. I would rather wait for food instead of getting the worst food I've have ever got.

Sunday November 28 around 4:40 ish waited 20 min for just a sm. blizzard, 2 cones and Sunday. I was the only customer inside. I was given the employee time, she was handling 1 door dash order before me. She forgot all about me, probably change of shifts and nobody new I was waiting. My kids were just ready to go home. 2nd negative experience. At this location.

On 1-27 about 6 pm (for manager references to who else was working) I went through the drive-thru and ordered dinner and a drink. Jasmine C. was rude and ignorant when I asked for the drink "starry", one of the menu choices. She snapped back with "what is that??!" I said "it's a soda choice, it's listed on your menu." And I listed their drinks for her.Again she snapped "We don't have that. I don't even know what that is. What do you want to drink?"Again I said "Starry like the menu says."" We don't have that!""Well your menu says you do so you might want to suggest that they fix that."Again rude she says "what do you want?"At this point I can't believe she's not got smart enough to decipher what drink would replace starry, (since they don't have what's on the menu) and because I haven't been told what they DO have, again, I said 'Starry, or Sprite or 7up or Sierra mist, whichever one you have."Again rudely she says "is it 7up?"I said "No... It's starry, just like your menu says, but if that's what you have is 7-up, then I guess that's what it is. And instead of treating your customers like idiots maybe tell your manager to change your board to match what actually serve!??" After Jasmine took my order she sent someone else to the window to take my money. Apparently "little" Jasmine C. wasn't brave enough to face me at the window, but suddenly got brave and brought my food to my car to see who I was and be a snippy little "B" one last time. No worries sweetheart! I WON'T be back!!

Walked in and it was like noone was there, I looked around and found the kids working there in the back huddling looking at their phones with one, sitting on counter. He was the shift lead Isaac, he seen me and took my order. I sat down and after 12 minutes I hadn't received my food, went to counter again noone around, no food being prepared , finally a girl seen me and asked if she could help me. I said yes I'm still waiting for my food. She looked totally confused. She went in the back and they brought my food. It wasn't hot and fresh. I wasn't going to wait again. I just won't come back. I don't know what happened to work ethic but it isn't here at this restaurant.

Depending on what you get or what you're looking for, the food and shakes are generally very good. I've been very satisfied with the food here, only issue I had was an issue with the app having food that was out of stock that I already ordered, but the staff were very helpful and got me the same order later on when it got restocked.

We love DQ for a treat. We loved what we got, they did a great job.The drive-thru moved efficiently and we were soon served and back on the road.We feel like we can recommend this place.

Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in a long time… now I remember why I don’t go… food was cold when given it to us. Got someone else’s food on our try and then didn’t remake the other guys food just gave it to him after we realized it wasn’t ours…. Now if it wasn’t 40$ for 2 people to eat there then yeah I’d probably go more.

Peanut buster parfait was just as I remembered as a kid...... So good! The pumpkin blizzard wasn't anyone's favorite though. Too bad the prices are SO high :(

We just waited over 45 minutes for 2 blizzards and a small ice cream cone. The only explanation we received was the teller saying “sorry, we’re getting the orders out by the number”, even though 6 customers that ordered after we did received their food and ice cream.
