“When I paid my bill in March it was credited to someone else's else's account . I tried to get it fixed for over 3 weeks while t mobile was harassing us for a payment and shut our phone down for half a day.Finally we were told that the Blackfoot store is the only corprate store in South East Idaho. So we made the trip up there. Kevin greeted me and I asked for the manager immediately. He was patient and showed real concern for my problem. He relayed the message to his manager and finally ,Kalston Knight came out and told me he would take care of this.Before we got home the evening g he had text me and told me the payment had been credited to our account.He represented T Mobile fast and efficiently. Thanks again. I was at the end of my rope, mu next step was charging t mobile with fraud and going to the better business bureau. I had spoke to 6 specialist on the phone, the manager where I made the payment 3 times and am associate at another store and non of them helped me.Kalston and Kevin at the Blackfoot store are the best. “Ryan was awesome! AT&T online chat agent lied to me twice about this store having the phone I needed in stock, so 47-mile trip later, Ryan has to be the one to inform me I made the trip for nothing as they didn't have that phone in stock. He jumped right in and ordered me the phone. He's the only reason I am staying with AT&T for a little while instead of cancelling it immediately. But even Ryan can't save everything. AT&T's other customer service has gotten so bad, I will be looking for a new provider. 1 lie and an unnecessary trip shortly after my neck surgery was enough to lose a 10+ year customer.”
