Switching to The Pharmacy Express Shop is one of the best things I have ever done! While all other pharmacies not keeping enough of a supply in, Sean at The Pharmacy Shop keeps everything stocked. He has been a tremendous help and he keeps his customers at ease by explaining things. The Shop is right next to the doctors offices in Blackfoot, and Sean makes a point of contacting my doctor with any question about my prescriptions. There is no question of who or what store has product in store and the best customer service! Thanks Sean

I absolutely love this pharmacy! They are a lot quicker getting prescriptions filled compared to all the other pharmacies in town. Every staff member I have been in contact with has been polite and genuine, however, there is one in particular that I feel deserves special recognition and that is Iris. She has a way of making the customers feel special. For instance, I no longer have to give her my name or birth date when requesting my medications because she has it memorized! That is astounding in my opinion, especially when taking into consideration how many customers she has on any given day. She always goes above and beyond her required duties in an effort to get my medication refills authorized by the doctor and to get prior authorizations approved with my insurance. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Ive gone to the pharmacy shop since i can remember an im 34 yrs old it seems the last 10+ yrs its just an unpleasant place to go i feel very judged everytime I go by a few of the staff members one in particular i had made a complaint against an who i failed to mention i had overheard talking about me to other staff members one time while id called..she didnt know she didnt hang up on me she put me on speaker so i know what i heard. An to be honest im not one to make a fuss but when it comes to going in such a place i make myself known for sure an theres been an elephant in the room each n everytime i go in anymore.Today my aunt went down there an shes 65yrs old she told me she remembers why she no longer goes there now because all the women are rude an disrespectful .An thats EXACTLY what it comes down too. There very rude an disrespectful Thank God Tony an Ron are there, they are completely opposite of them an theyre very helpfull an caring people thats why i stay..
