There is a pharmacist that works here who is an absolute nightmare to deal with.It's almost as if she goes out of her way to make sure the customer isn't able to get their meds. If the meds aren't written the way she wants them, she just tells the customer NO on getting their script. The proper thing to do would be call the provider to get it sorted. Instead, she expects us to know her job and berates customers when thry don't. It is SO bad, even my doctors office doesn't want to deal with her. Thankfully, one of her coworkers is a delight. If I could work with her all the time, I would.This ladies only redeeming quality is that she only works at the Blackfoot store one day a week, which makes it easy to avoid her. Unfortunately, even though her counterpart is awesome, I am still going to have to switch pharmacies because of this individual. I won't put up with being treated like an idiot to save her ego.

Was at self check out line need assistance I couldn't get any so I walked to costerm service where this old heavy set lady just talked loud and quoted THIs not the first time being rude when all I needed was a scam bar for Case of noddles seem like ever time I go to this business I come out feel sad upset emotion so watch out if you ask for help with the older bigger set lady

I have been going to Ridley's pharmacy now for Bravo blee 25 years. My medications are always readyAnd they bring them to my truck if I need him to. There customer service is great highly recommended

This review is for the Pocatello Creek Store; I must say I am totally disappointed in two employees at the deli counter. I approached to get a meal to go, no one else was in line and the clerk responsible for this area did everything in his power to avoid communicating with me despite being directly across from each other. After several minutes of watching him avoid asking me if he could help me, I walked over to another clerk who was working the opposite side. I asked if he could assist as the first clerk failed to even acknowledge that I was there. I was then told by the second clerk that was not his area of responsibility. As I was walking away he said something to the effect that the item was attempting to get came with a side. I thanked him for his lack of assistance and went and spoke to the manager. Both of these clerk were teenagers and apparently were not properly supervised or trained before being left alone. To add insult to injury even after describing the problem to the manager who was shocked, the manager made no effort to say lets walk over there and I will get you the order that you needed. Worth a try, but I guess common courtesy is lost.
