Had an appointment over the phone, but the banker never called. The person called me the next day instead. Turns out, I had to come inside to do what I needed to do. Nowhere online did it say I couldn’t do it over the phone. Next time, call me before my appointment and let me know. Really unprofessional.

Nothing but very poor customer service from this branch! I had my account information given to someone that was not on my acct..Since when are banks supposed to be doing that?! Then was spoken to twice very rudely by 1 particular cashier.I then deposited a check from a customer of mine , they flagged the check and froze MY acct! Why? How? And I just deposited a check for services I provided in good faith! And have treated me like a fraudulent person! I'm not banking with these guys anymore. They have repeatedly offended me and I have been a good customer for them for 4 solid years. American falls branch is wonderful, with kind and polite people that are nice to work with...not to mention, I allow them to manage MY money and they treat me like this. Not okay.
