So apparently I was supposed to get a package delivered but they didn't deliver it because they didn't want to because it's a Saturday. Their excuse was the driveway or front door was not accessible. There is nothing blocking my front door or my driveway at all. It's just a poor excuse for them not to want to do their job on a Saturday and when I called them several times, there's absolutely no way to talk to an actual person. I tried five times to call and all of them will never let you speak to an actual person. I don't know why I would expect anything more from a government employee but lying to get out of work and holding my personal property hostage because you wanted to get off early and go drink some beers or something that's pretty low

New post man says everyone in our neighborhoods packaged don’t fit in the mailbox and takes them back to the post office. My wallet and phone case somehow didn’t fit, lol yeah right, lazy bones and poor service. That’s what you get with government entities. Absolute horrible service. I’ll choose any other delivery method over them if at all possible.

They didn’t even try to deliver my package. I just got a message saying they had “attempted” to deliver. It was fairly important, and the delay caused some unnecessary complications. Terrible service.

Why is my small package still sitting at this post office after two full business days. It's 23 minutes away from my house. Not the first time my mail was delayed at this particular location, and after reading the previous review, I'm even more concerned that it could have been carelessly tossed into someone else's mailbox a city over.

Went to get the mail yesterday, there were 2 different cards in my box. One addressed to Rigby and to Lava Hot Springs, yet they were in my box, IN BLACKFOOT. Not sure if these people are just LAZY or illerate?! Had a problem with the payment for my post office box, now I know why. Why do these idiots get paid so much?! Why are there no consequences for these idiots?! Seems like maybe my tax dollars would be better spent if we just got rid of the postal service all together and let fed ex or some other company, handle Business

They closed early! i showed up 10 minutes before close I was filling out the box in my car. it was about 4:56 when I walked though the door and everything had been shut. then next day, the man argued with me that I was a liar and no such thing happened. yeah okay after I took a photo and read my drive times on life 360 I have proof I was there before they should have closed.

THIS IS THE WORST USPS COMPANY IN THE WHOLE STATE. They steal mail/ refuse to take back mail for someone who doesn’t live at my address, they also delay important mail due to their SELFISH WANTS!!

I'm super disappointed in every aspect if this postal service so far. I recently moved to blackfoot (5 weeks ago) and just now getting my mail at my new address. My Bills are literally due today and a few in a couple days. When I called asking why I didnt receive them earlier they were sent out 2 or 3 weeks in advance and I am just now getting them in the mail. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT. I called the post office to ask why that had happened and of course postmaster is on lunch and the lady I was speaking has no idea what happened or why. And sounded like I was a burden to her. Our whole 45 second phone call.
