He kept her for two days to make sure she was recovering well, and he kept us updated along the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. “I was unaware my kittens needed to be 3-lbs before being spayed so I called reschedule .
The lady I spoke to was telling the truth about the weight requirement, following up with a horrific version of said procedure.
I was literally having second thoughts honestly feel she liked being cruel & making me feel nervous & panicked.
I called cottonwood immediately and the staff was confused about what I'd been told, stating "I have no idea what she's talking about " (I was so relieved to hear this) she then assured me that my fur babies would be taken care of.

“I am incredibly grateful to Blackfoot Animal Clinic for everything they did to try to help Herschel get better.

From the beginning, the veterinarian was compassionate, honest, and straightforward about what was happening with Herschel. At the same time, they remained hopeful that he would respond to treatment and genuinely wanted to see him get better. They did everything they could with the information they had and worked hard to give him the best chance possible.

Unfortunately, we ultimately lost Herschel, but I will always be thankful that we had a veterinary team who cared enough to try. Knowing that they were doing everything they could to help him means so much to me.

The staff was also incredibly sweet, kind, and compassionate throughout the process. Losing a beloved pet is heartbreaking, and having people who treat both you and your animal with genuine care makes an incredibly difficult experience a little easier.
