Not sure of the guys name but he’s darker , always wears blue and a newer employee in pharmacy. In all the years I go there, he is the only one that really helped me. I thanked him and I honestly meant it. Very helpful dude

The pharmacy is staffed with the rudest people they could possibly hire. I honestly think they have to look REAL hard to find some one that hates life as much as these people. Including the pharmacist

PHARMACY HAS RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH OF ANY RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT! WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD!Called Walgreens to get refills and to check the status of one script which had be sent in by my doctors office over 3 weeks prior. The tech who answered the phone initially refused to refill the scripts I was calling in saying there were “No Refills”. The prescription bottles said that there was one more refill left, PLUS, my scripts are filled for two months after I see my Doc. I visited him mid-Jan, so I filled the script after that visit, making this the first/last refill until I visit my Doc again. Simple right? Nope! It took ten minutes to get her to finally agree to fill it! Than the other scipt. I have been dealing with them about it for over a month. They insist they have never received the script yet when my Doc office calls, they suddenly have found it! I tried to explain that and she stated, “I don’t care if she called it in.” in a very rude tone and I said watch your tone with me, I am a customer, things went downhill from there! I finally told her over and over as she just kept yelling something at me over the phone, that I wanted to talk to the pharmacist as we were done talking. When I finally talked to the pharmacist I instructed him to transfer all my scripts to another pharmacy!!

WORST. I just got up to the door 5 minutes before they closed, and (I get that I was there late, just before close and I know that is inconvenient but I'm sick!) store hours indicate that they were still open. However, a store associate met me at the doors and would not let me in stating they were closed. Again, this was at 8:55 and they close at 9:00. Absolutely unreasonable, complete lack of customer service, and quite honestly-totally overpriced anyway. If I could give zero stars on here I would, but let's have the one star I did have to put there go to Sean the pharmacist for his knowledge base and willingness to share it, and Rachel, a manager, the only store worker I have met there who is good with people and actually even cares about them.

3:35... denied sales of beer but get this I wasn't person buying, I'm 46. Walgreens expects me to show my ID when I'm not buying! Yes my partner had her ID ! So here is a circumstance to think about Walgreens.. . next time I go into your store to get snacks and get my prescription and if i so decided to buy beer my daughter will have to wait in car cause she is under 21 ....I will go elsewhere before i make my kids sit in car....What a danger to my kids waiting in parking lot......again keep yr products if that is case....If this is policy for all party's to show ID this needs to be evaluated and if it's not lady in blackfoot store needs to be set straight cause she is too much ....
