We would like to share our experience with our kitchen and bath remodels with Russell and his team at 1st Choice Kitchen and Bath. The experience was extremely smooth from beginning to end. During design, they provided helpful input and caught some things we had not thought about. The quality products they used along with their skilled craftsmen gave us the kitchen and baths of our dreams. They followed their published schedule, and everything was done on time and within budget. It was an overall exceptional experience and we would used them again on future projects.

We recently completed a kitchen and laundry room remodel. Russell was easy to work with and offered excellent ideas for making our space more current and efficient. All the subcontractors were also high quality, completing every job on time and in a professional manner. They were all outstanding and met every goal on the project timeline. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

We won't use anyone else for a home remodel project. 1st Choice is top notch - their professionalism with communication, budget, and timelines is best in class. You truly don't have to worry about a thing. Their showroom & design renderings make it easy to quickly align on your project vision, and they provide expert guidance when you need it. Their subcontractors are true artisans, and equally as polite and professional. We could not be happier with the two projects we've done with 1st Choice, and wholeheartedly recommend them. In a time of record inflation and disappointment for your dollar, this company stands above the rest.

We hired Russel from 1st Choice Cabinetry to do a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. We shopped three companies and felt that 1st Choice gave the best value. While they weren't the cheapest, we felt we were getting more for our money. Russel worked with us every step of the way, helping us to choose materials and colors. When they were ready to start, he provided a detailed calendar showing who would be at the house on what day. While there were small deviations, the schedule was pretty much dead on. The subs he used were outstanding. Very professional and friendly. We were extremely happy with the results and have recommended 1st Choice to friends. It was a major investment for us and we couldn't be happier.

Russel and his team made our major remodel seamless & professional.
They stuck to a schedule and even finished early.
Russel is a wealth of knowledge. He saved us from making mistakes & helped us elevate our kitchen in ways we didn’t know were possible.
Russel is hands on throughout the whole process. For example, when the manufacturer delivered our front door in less than perfect condition, Russel immediately contacted them and demanded they fix the issue. He handled our home as if we were top priority. It made this process so much less stressful than expected.
And our new floors, kitchen & bathroom are stunning. I cannot recommend 1st Choice more.

We highly recommend 1st Choice Cabinetry!After we met with Russell, our minds were made up, we were going to move forward with our kitchen remodel. Russell's attention to detail and design was impressive. He guided us through the selection of cabinets, wood flooring, paint, and countertops. We received a schedule in advance that reflected the start/end date and which "subs" were going to be at our house and the duration of each job. All subs showed up on time and were respectful and easy to work with. Russell was at the house at the start of each sequence of the project (and drop-ins as well) to be sure everyone was on track and ready to go. If we had any questions Russell was always available to us via email or phone. We were very impressed that the project was on track throughout the 60 days. We had heard many horror stories on remodels and we had nothing but a great experience with Russell, Mae, Lori, and all his subs. If you are thinking about a kitchen remodel, give Russell a call and you will not be disappointed!

We have worked with Russell at First Choice Cabinetry to renovate two of our bathrooms over this past year. I can confidently say that we have been pleased with every step of the process. Russell has been professional start to finish and was great about addressing any issues and answering questions that popped up during the renovation process. Projects were always completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. They have done such a great job that we will be hiring them to do laundry and kitchen projects next!

1st Choice Cabinetry is the best place in the Valley to get cabinets. Mae was fantastic throughout the whole process. They took my vision and made it come to life. Every contractor that they sent to our home was professional and did high-quality work! We will for sure use them again when we re-do our bathrooms!

The remodel of one of our bathrooms went smoothly without any major hiccups mainly due to my direct contact with Mae. She listened to my budget parameters and never tried to push me into spending more on something that wasn't necessary. Every step of the process was communicated very well from weekly emails telling me what days and times contractors would arrive to the overall monthly calendar layout. All of their contractors were professional and timely, but it's the excellent communication and easy rapport with Mae that will bring me back to 1st Choice Cabinetry for our next home project.

They were a great choice and yes, our 1st choice. Everything went smoothly through the whole process. Communication was fantastic and Mae was always available for us and answered any questions we had. The cabinets are made well and the finish is fantastic!
