We are a passionate team of certified dance, barre, yoga, MELT and pilates instructors, who thrive on creativity and self expression. We are here to guide you in reaching your personal wellness goals inside and out while having fun in a safe and supportive environment. Outside of 28th, we practice as mothers, fathers, professional dancers, nurses, state leaders, body workers, engineers, teachers, professors, and health coaches.
