“I recently ordered some shoes from Torrid's website. Boise has horrible selection for wide width shoes. I had them shipped to the store cause I'm not dealing with these juvenile porch pirates. I am honestly gonna say that this store ALWAYS has the nicest staff. I can come in for just a shoe sizing or just a quickquestion, they are always so nice! Most retail stores should take some training courses from these girls because they are always friendly, courteous and kind. Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond for me and my wide feet. Lol”

“This was my first visit, and I saw this BEAUTIFUL coat there and i originally wasn't going to buy it but i couldnt stop thinking about it for the next two days, so i called in and asked if they still had it and this very nice lady told me they did, so i came in to buy it and i was so excited and my cashier (same lady on the phone) was just as excited and enthusiastic for me. We rung it up and turns out i was just a few dollars short, she immediately offered help and grabbed her manager, and they gave me a few coupons to lower the price. 10/10!!! They were so nice and had SOOOO many cool things to look at, I will definitely be coming back”
