FANTASTIC experience! From the beginning, the staff and especially Destiny at Caliber Collision Chinden, were so kind and extremely helpful. All our questions and concerns were answered and we were kept up to speed on my cars repairs. Destiny went above and beyond for my car! She was absolutely gorgeous when I got her back. Caliber Collision performed Magic! They took my broken Tundra and delivered me a new Truck. The whole process Destiny Ironcloud the service Advisor kept me informed on what they were doing, why they were doing it and when it would be done.
My fixes were not simple and the team went above and beyond to delivery my truck back to me. The fixes end up being complex but the team delivered me a like to Truck! Worth the wait, thank you.

Destiny and her team were fantastic to work with and they took some very difficult situations with finding very hard to obtain parts and made it a positive by doing the absolute best they could. The quality of work on our van is impeccable.
