Wait times used to be pretty long but I have seen a great improvement recently. Staff is always kind and helpful.

Worst pharmacy in treasure valley!! They tell you your script is ready then don't have enough to fill it. Every month it's the same. Said they would fix the problem but never did!

0/5. They never answer the phone, and lost my pet's emergency prescription over a weekend and we're unable to locate or fill it.

Service at the pharmacy has gone downhill. My husband and I have pharmacy apps, so we know when our prescriptions should be ready for pick up, but when we get there, there is often at least one that isn't REALLY ready.Recently, my husband had an important Rx that we didn't hear about, so we waited a bit to hear from them. We didn't. We called and found out it was out of stock! It took almost a week after that to get it. He had to be two weeks without the Rx, which is not acceptable. The pharmacy seems short staffed now, and the staff that IS there seems overwhelmed. Several people we liked that were speedy, professional, knew us after years of service, are not there anymore. Management changed...could be the reason. Not a bad pharmacy, there is not usually a long wait, and we aren't changing, but there may be better choices for you.

Went in 1 hr 20 minutes before closing. They need to advertise they dont do vaccines after a certain time. And they did admit that usually 1 hr before closing they stop doing vaccines. I'm not sure why they would admit that because i went in 1 hr 20 minutes before closing. The last vaccine i got took less than 5 minutes. I told them i have to get vaccinated on Saturday evenings to allow 24 hr for any side affects to dissipate. Nope. No good. They did tell me to go to another albertsons - but why? Just for them to tell me of some unknown vaccination policy. Just put on the website no vaccinations after a certain time - thats all they had to do.

I tried to give this pharmacy a chance for months. I would get texts saying my meds were ready and when I got there, they weren’t (not every time, but enough to have to wait a lot)The last straw for me was when they kept telling me for about 2 weeks they didn’t have any messages from my vet for my senior cat to fill her meds ? the final time I was there they said to wait while they check their messages, because nothing showed in their system. While I was waiting, I called my vet to make sure all the details of their prescription request for her was correct. My vet confirmed and they sent them the request 2 or 3 times. When they called me up to the window after having me wait there for 15 mins they said, “we’re really sorry we don’t have any messages from them”.When I switched to a different pharmacy the same day for my cat’s meds, they filled it within an hour of my vet contacting them.I tried to give this pharmacy a chance. I noticed they were short staffed for a while and recently hired new people. I didn’t care that much to wait for my meds even though it was an inconvenience, but whatever I get it’s stressful to be short staffed. When it comes to my pet’s health, I had to leave - she could die without these new meds and I can’t risk that. The employees are nice, but they need a LOT of improvement. I hope this pharmacy can get itself together. ??

Barely had any wait time, and the staff was very helpful when my Dr couldn't be bothered to respond to a refill request. People don't realize the wait is usually because their physician didn't do their part. I think the staff does a great job, and are always friendly!

I had my doctor's office call a prescription for a vital medication to the 3614 W State St, Boise, ID Sav-On Pharmacy located in the Albertsons store. I wanted to use a RX Saver coupon because of the high retail cost of this medication. The coupon required that the medication include the word "modified" in the prescription request. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pay and pick up the prescription, I was told I could not use the coupon because the word "modified" was not requested with the medication name. I was shown a copy of the request from my doctor's office, and I noticed it did indeed include the word "modified" but it appeared in a "comment section" below, just not next to the medication name. When I pointed this out to the pharmacy tech, the tech called over one of the pharmacists. The pharmacist's whole body language and facial expression (at least what I could see above her mask) communicated to me a defensive posture and a lack of caring about my situation. It was clear to me the pharmacist felt the issue was my problem, not hers. If this pharmacy cared enough to provide good customer service, the pharmacist would have offered to call my doctor's office to correct the wording of the prescription request, but instead I had to ask the pharmacist to make the call. I understand the pharmacy needs to have prescription requests worded in a specific way, but it was the attitude of the pharmacist and tech that disappointed me. A little more emphasis from them on "what can we do to make this right" instead of "we can't do this--go away" would have made the experience with this Sav-On pharmacy be a lot more positive. I won't be back.

There’s a couple nice clinicians & pharmacist- but they seriously need to get more help- you ALWAYS wait - often for upwards of 1/2 hr- even when prescription has been called in days before. And there are a two clinicians that need a course in customer service.

Literally no sense of urgency at all. I waited 45 minutes for my prescriptions only for them to tell me that they didn’t have both of them and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to process the prescription that they couldn’t fine after i told them it was faxed in. Never going back..the fact that i figured out where my prescription was and the assistants couldn’t even do it is ridiculous
