It’s a bummer that I go without my medication. They also don’t call and request for me to look else where. They expect me to wait and now I’ve gone without my medication for several days.
I have 3 medications and it just never seems like I can pick them all up at once.

Absolutely the worst Chandler is an complete idiot and has no compassion for people they call their customers "junkies" I don't recommend this pharmacy at all terrible people and customers service. Just awful

Gross!! This place kept using sic words on me over and over again when I was hanging with my family and just needed ta grab my medication. Who are these little pharmacist psychos, gross people think they can belittle and defile us because they don't kno us, gross people. Ill never go back there ever, or ever shop there ever again. They lost my business for life.

I have a few issues with this pharmacy. First off they never have my medication anymore and I always have to drive around to different pharmacy’s depending if they have it in stock. One of the workers at this store, when asking if they had my medication told me that someone used my name and birthdate to use my insurance at a different store and that I now couldn’t get my medication because someone had already used my insurance. This is quite literally a crime and also could mean someone had my ID and had personal info about me. They were very rude and I asked them to double check it was me and they said yes. I had no idea what to do and they pretty much said it’s your problem. After being on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours with Albertsons pharmacy’s I got my medication. I shouldn’t have to call every Albertsons in the treasure valley to get my medication. They also completely lied about the insurance thing. Horrible experience!!!

They don’t answer their phones. Continued delays ordering medications. My last order was called in over 3 weeks ago and they still do not have the medicine!!!

Continually doesn’t have medications. Does the manager not know how to actually order medicine? Or do they just not care about providing quality care for their customers?

So first off people have always been nice who work here, however there is no order in this pharmacy. For example I went there today and there was 6 people standing around the pharmacy not in a line just Willy Nilly, there is a clear spot for a line but no one was doing it. The staff should say hey line up but they didn’t so everyone stood around like idiots
