Use this pharmacy all the time, but their employees are poorly informed on the difference between “law” and “business practice.” I take something that insurance never approves. Yet every other time I have it filled it’s not ready because they try to run it via insurance instead of GoodRX card. Paraphrasing I was told most recently, “we’ll do you a favor and fill it this time since filling it without insurance is against the law.” LOL - not against the law - I have the prescription, and insurance has previously declined to cover it. It’s just not your SOP, since it likely costs Save-On more.Take another that medicine is an injection from a vial and last time they gave the equivalent amount in a dozen tiny vials. When I asked about the difference guys response was it’s illegal to give the single vial. The guy was literally the same person who gave me the SINGLE vial 3 months previously. Also been using the single visl for 3 + years.Just say it’s a system, supply issue, or IDK - don’t make stuff up.

Great local Pharmacy!! My husband and I both got Covid and needed an antiviral rx filled on Sunday. Parkcenter was out of inventory, but they were able to locate and fill the Rx same day at another site. I received a call back very quickly from the pharm tech regarding the issue. She was so helpful, patient and very nice.

The pharmacist Cade went above and beyond what was required of him to get me a prescription that I needed. You can tell he is a genuinely good guy and wants to help his customers.

Consistently poor customer service over the phone and at the counter. I only have a few prescriptions and they are filled every 90 days. I go to this pharmacy because it is convenient to where I live. I've been going here for over 10 years. In the last 2 years the quality of customer service by the staff has declined. Each time I go to pick up my prescriptions the technicians speak with an air of irritation and annoyance. I've observed their interactions with those in line before me. It's similar. It's not just me. I know they're very busy so I try to make it quick with just the information needed. Then they act irritated by that. I had a refill question recently. When I called the pharmacy, they picked up and mumbled "HOLD!". When someone finally returned, I inquired about the status of a prescription that my doctor had just called in. The technician said it was on backorder. I asked if they knew when it would be filled. They said in yet another condescending tone, "I don't know that's been backordered since January". And that was that--no offer to help troubleshoot. It might not sound like much but it illustrates their lack of effort in helping customers starting with the absence of basic pleasantries of customer service followed an avoidance or reluctance to assist customers with prescription issues.

The folks behind the counter go above and beyond, and serve me 100% even on a day when there is a long line, which thank goodness in the post-Covid era is rare.

Staff is very kind but it is always so busy and takes forever. They really need to hire more staff

Was asking about a medication and got numerous different answers and call back to get the right answers and solve the problem and get treated rudely. Three different people told me three different things. Not good at customer service

Pick another pharmacy. They don’t have anything in stock. Not a good situation do you have a loved one who needs dependable access to medication that’s seemingly available anywhere else.

Walked in without appointments for covid vaccine boosters and were able to get them after a very brief wait. Very amiable, helpful and professional staff

I can't remember exactly why I started this review but it got lost in my unfinished quest, and based on is saying "especially right now" I'm guessing it had something to do with some policy they had during COVID. I really am happy that part of the impression outsiders have of Idaho is based on experiences they have had at Albertson's stores.

Worst pharmacy in the history of the universe. Long lines. Incompetent, slow-moving staff with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Wait times measured in not hours, but in DAYS. Seriously. These guys are so bad that it's actually kind of funny, if you have a sick sense of humor and are willing to embrace the absurd.

It is a sad day when a loyal patron has to part ways with a locally based company due to unsafe food handling and poor customer service. Continuing to place raw meats, including poultry, with ready to eat fresh cut raw produce even after repeatedly making complaints to managment and customer service representatives. Unhappy that they also continuously bait and switch sales items and also sell out of date items and improperly handled hot and cold items that rot or go bad when if handled correctly wouldn't. Raw cold meats placed under the furnace heater. Their high prices didn't bother us too much, for many years, because, hey, we were supporting locally based company. Even produce now seems to be rotten sometimes and it's incredibly surprising to me that these practices haven't led to a lawsuit or even death. No longer willing to risk our health or spend our hard earned money at a place that doesn't value customers health or safety or concerns about their unsafe practices.

Great pharmacy. My prescription was going to be $200. They ran my insurance which brought it down to $105. They thought they could find a better price using goodrx so they looked it up and found a coupon that made it $24. I think the guys name was Alex. Great pharmacy.
