The girl working at the pharmacy was very rude & gave me attitude when I asked her to apply my insurance, which she should have asked for initially. Very poor customer service skills. My receipt says her name is Allison.

Edited from the first review..... The lady at the pharmacy this time went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my questions Thank God. Finally someone that don't blink. ❤️ Other than that this is one of my favorite places to go besides the incident that happened below I will now bring the one star up to a four..Serious lack of communication in the Pharmacy!!! Awful customer service! I had to have a prescription filled before I got onto a flight I called 3 days in advance to make sure the medication was going to be there on time so I could make my flight. The day that my prescription was supposed to be filled they said that they did not have my medications in and they were just now going to order it. When I spoke to the woman 3 days prior she said everything would be ready by that morning. They then did not have enough of my medication I had to cancel my flight. Reschedule my flight for Monday, and I highly doubt that they will get it filled in time for this flight today. When you call to talk to somebody the girls the answer the phone lack the ability to communicate or respond I feel like they're just sitting there blinking with a blank stare on their face when you're on the phone I had to continuously ask if somebody was on the other line. Awful. Then I had to wait another 2 hours because they did not charge me the same price that the good RX was charging me then we have a good RX customer service call then and they still screwed up the price. Unreal.

Happened today 2/9/24 approximately @2.30pmI don't know where you are getting these moody unprofessional, snobby pharmaceutical technicians but there is this one girl (dark hair,glasses,shoulder long hair) that has one nasty attitude. She needs some training in Customer service. She was snobby,rude and had so much hate in her tone of voice. I didn't even want to talk to the pharmacist, just to get away from her nasty energy.Management take note, this is not customer service or professionalism. You lose customers with people representing your establishment like that.

Just don't. Find a real pharmacy that can meet your needs. Never in stock and everyone there seems miserable. Usually only give good reviews but I have been so disappointed in Albertsons pharmacy I can't believe it.

Every time I go there, there are usually 3 to 4 people already waiting in line. Usually takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to pick up my prescription. They just seem super slow at this location for some reason.

I always get my vaccinations here, as well as my prescriptions. We also shop here as well. I love this location, it's very familiar and the people are great!

Went to the doctor today and he prescribed a simple nasal spray. He said I could get it over the counter, but it'd be cheaper by prescription. Unfortunately, this pharmacy is awful. After 3 hours of waiting at home, I finally called in asking for the status of my prescription. They said it'd be about 15 more minutes. However, it's been 8 hours and I still haven't heard from them. I finally gave up and went to the store to buy it myself. Cheaper or not, it was not worth the money to keep waiting.

The Bakery. I've order many cakes, specialities and cupcakes from here, but never again. This is the 2nd cake they have completely messed up and whoever did it shouldn't be a decorator. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse.

The service I received today was very poor. Whoever helped me today, not only messed up on Rx, she also lied to me to cover up herself.Month later:Pharmacy changed to the worse! Consistently messing up on refills. Recently: their promise to fill in " couple of hours" turned to 3 days of waiting and it took three visits to pick up what we needed. If I can get minus five- I would. Very poor and unprofessional service.One year later, nothing changed. Same blame game over and over again.If you are looking for the pharmacy, please do not choose this one, you will have lots of problems with getting your medications on time.

Worst customer service ever. It’s Friday at 5:00pm and my husband and I stood at poke bar for 5 minutes while the two individuals staffing it would not even acknowledge us but continue talking to one another. Mind you, they’re on the other side of the glass so you know, a whopping 3 feet away. This store is new and it’s more disappointing than the one on Five Mile. ??? nice job.

The only time I've ever NOT had my prescriptions messed up was when Howard ran the pharmacy. I wish he'd come back...how can they mess up EVERY time? You'd think they'd get it right by accident at least one out of 10 times.

This store never never has any stock. I can find the products at other stores so we know it's not a shortage of the product. This store has a serious problem with incompetent employees that don't know how to order or set up shelf space. When you have a product that sells out all the time you up the order amount and maybe increase shelf space. When you have a product that sells slowly and is taking up more shelf space than needed you decrease the order amount and maybe shelf space. My family and friends have stopped shopping here because we almost never get what we came for. I would love to go to work for this store, I could improve the shopping experience dramatically.
