I always get good service here. The pharmacist Eman is wonderful and went the extra mile to help me when I was in a pinch. Haley is always personable and very helpful, today she looked up a savings card and got me an even better discount than I was ready to pay. Definitely recommend this Sav-on

Switched to this Savon pharmacy from federal way pharmacy. I had nonstop issues with the Savon pharmacy in Albertsons on federal way for the last 6 years!! Multiple times my routine medication wasn’t in stock needed ordered would take so many days when they knew for 6 plus years its a monthly thing. This one had it on hand twice. That’s all it took for them to always have it on hand. Two times! I have completely swapped my entire household over to this savon! They are truly amazing! Fast fill times! I think maybe twice they said it would be a hour maybe a tad longer. I really like this savon in comparison to federal way. Granted federal way was on my way home so more “convenient” but that was always a joke! Even though the savon on overland is a further drive for me still far more covenant then waiting 2 hours or next day even to get the wrong persons medication! Yes, it happened more than once! Unfortunately more than 4 times even. If your looking for a fast friendly pharmacy this is definitely it!

Walked up to the sign at this Albertsons Pharmacy and I could hear one of the Pharmacists (Maddy) talking loudly…complaining about a customer who had called and complained. I waited for a couple of minutes and the one complaining was at the front counter but didn’t bother to look up and see I was standing there. The pharmacist in the back looked and saw me and said they would be with me in a minute. The one complaining walked over quickly and very curtly asked me my birth date. She was not friendly or even polite. Told me she needed 10 minutes to fill the order. Not professional behavior at all. Not impressed with her, but hoping the other pharmacy employees are nicer and more professional. Wish my insurance covered refills at Costco…they are always at least semi friendly.

I decided to read the reviews, for this pharmacy, and the low ones disgust me. I have been going to this pharmacy for nearly 3 yrs.
I have even moved recently, and I am quite far from them. I continue to go there, as the customer service is over the top.
To the people who have left bad feedback, they should really take a look at themselves.
It's a shame, that businesses, that offer such consistent excellent service, are subject to self absorbed, entitled and selfish whiny people, such as these.
Please try them for yourselves, before you make any decisions.
You would be doing yourself a favor.
All the staff there, are phenomenal!

Twice I have been given inaccurate information about medication they have in stock. I was told it was available; but then when I drop off the prescription (same day), I’m told they don’t have it. I called them each time, before I went there, to ensure they have it. The staff is incompetent.

Im only basing this review off of my only visit today but I take a medication that is apparently on back order everywhere else and its not a medication I can go without. I called to make sure they had enough and they answered and said they did. Drove over immediately to drop off my script thinking they’d quote me hours or days like other pharmacies and she told me to give her 15 min. I was shocked! Great experience today. The cost was actually the same I pay at FM so I may be switching

What an amazing store with an incredible florist! My grandmother's 96th birthday was today and my mother who I won't be able to see on Mother's Day. I was getting to see you today..Luckily, after five short minutes with the incredible florist, I was able to go for a price range in the world she did was beyond amazing such incredible thoughtfulness and amazing care. I could tell that the words of my stories resonated with her as my grandmother love the bouquet and even her children my aunts and uncles loved it as well. My mothers bouquet was even more spectacular. It's almost painful to imagine that these flowers won't be able to live forever. Thank God for photography I'll share my photos and I encourage anyone who has a special moment or special someone if they want to buy a flower arrangement for, that they arrive here and looked out further. .I've always loved Albertsons for 'do, the', Shopping, but I find a bakery, and especially their fried chicken dinners to be delicious! The gentleman that helped me to my car was also wonderful, very thoughtful and because of him I was able to get my flower arrangements delivered to go to my grandmother and my mother thank you Albertsons for a very special birthday and it even more special Mother's Day !

Laziest pharmacy I've ever been to. You'll have 4 people sitting around on a computer not even answering phone calls. I've called this stupid pharmacy 10 times today to try and call ahead to make sure they get my prescription ready and they won't answer. I get there and wait 15 minutes in line and guess what it hasn't been in the system yet? Are you kidding me? It was called in 7 hours ago! Switching pharmacists asap!!!!

Melanie went above and beyond what was excpected and gave me exceptional service. The doctors there were more than helpful. I love this pharmacy! Thankyou for turning my errand into an memerable experience and looking out for me.

Just had a meeting with John Colgrove the regional president and Dan Jones the District Manager about continued poor service from the employees at this store. John Colgrove and Dan Jones could care less about the employees being rude and disrespectful to us customers. He doesn't care that they don't say hi or help the customers. He even went so far as to try to intimidate me with his body language. It was disgusting and revolting for a regional president to conduct himself as such. An utter shame. Do not shop here! Do not reward bad behavior.

Went to our favorite grocery store to buy a few items for our friday night. My husband and I are in self check out, when we go to buy our beverages an expected ID was asked for. My husband who was making the purchase gladly handed the cashier his ID she quickly looked at me and asked for mine as well, however I did not bring my purse because i was not the one buying anything. They denied us of our purchase even after i told them i could show them a photo copy of my ID. How would this situation have been any different if my husband had taken my 5 year old son to the store with him instead? would he have been denied then? very dissatisfied with their service.

I have used Costco & Walmart pharmacy's and they were pathetic! They actually would argue with my PCP and Cardiologists! The staff and Pharmacists here are helpful, friendly and FAST!!
