This was on par the worst experience I've had with a pharmacist. I work for a dental office as a patient service representative. And my job is to assign and verify pharmacy's receive a perscription slip. Now unfortunately with new doctors, ERX is a slow process to get set up with. And we are in that process. We had a gentleman come in with a complex extraction which caused alot of trauma to the gums. He's swollen, in pain, and we understand that. So we attempted to submit a class 3 drug. So we sent him off with the first written prescription. And had some "preference" issues. Or "red flags" all because the doctor didn't write his full name but signed it. So whatever. We gave him a second prescription. Well.. our doctor forgot to put his DEA number. Something they legally need to have. Okay. That was our fault. So this patient has driven OVER AN HOUR due to her "preference problem". So as a patient service rep, I felt so bad I was willing to drive 40 minutes to give them the correct form. We had EVERYTHING THEY WANTED. written amounts with numerical amounts. Patients weight age date of birth where he was born, prescription, dosage, quantities, everything. And she wanted to focus on telling me. Not the one who's writing the prescription. But tell me what was wrong with the first two forms. I agreed and admitted hey that was our fault. But here's the correct form. And then. Oh I love this part. She accused ME of writing the form. For a heightened Tylenol that's not even for me. I told her. I didn't write this, the doctor did. And she still insisted I wrote it. So I simply asked her if she was going to take the form. And in the most condescending tone she said if I'm going to talk to her like that, you can have it filled somewhere else. So guess what. I called customedica right down the road. Explained the problem and showed them the form and they were even curious as to why she wouldn't fill it. They obviously verify the doctors before doing anything. And if this lady would've asked that at the first call. We wouldn't have moved to a different pharmacy. My concern is if she's willing to treat medical providers like this. Who knows how she treats the normal people. I mean. I'm shocked on this kind of treatment. Someone went to school to help and treat people's health as a high priority and she was so easy to dismiss this kid in pain over a "preference" problem. And only 10 pills with no refills. I'll be submitting a report to the medical board of Idaho. And the great thing is. I have all the call logs. And all of the forms we tried submitting. So whatever happens, we've moved to another location.

I really wish I wasn't as upset about this as Icurrently am but here we are. Went in to get the Family Party bucket with chicken strips and potato wedges (because that has become our Wednesday ritual in my house) but the last few weeks the quality of the chicken strips has been just awful. The pieces used to be thick, wide and juicy but lately they've been small and dried out. More batter than meat. They were so sad and pitiful... like they'd seen some things. Some REALLY bad things.I tried another store and it was the same thing. P-I-T-I-F-U-L!I was counting on you to have a quality product for me to serve up to my family and make my day just a little easier but you had to go do me dirty. Is it a new supplier? Is this just shrinkflation? This might just be the cold medicine talking but I feel WRONGED! I'm seriously questioning everything now.Do better.

I absolutely love Sav-on Pharmacy at Albertsons. I had been at the same pharmacy in my town for at least three plus decades but in the last three years these stores have been so over run, understaffed it went from being a drive thru to walk in only some even closed on weekends and you couldn't reach anyone by phone. Add to that long lubes long wait times plus closed lunch and it was time for change! Back in June I moved close to an Albertsons. It's been a whole new world ever since!! Now I can just call in and my meds are ready and on time! Great over the phone and in person! I love these guys and you will too!

The pharmacy is awful, rude pharmacy technicians, poor functionality. It wouldn't matter if your prescription was send the day of or days before your visit because it won’t be prepped. And calling ahead to check the status or to have them process your script wouldn't get you far either because chances are they won’t answer their incoming calls and you can never leave a voicemail because it’s full. Every time I use this stores pharmacy I have to arrive to wait in line, speak to the tech so they can start going on it (it’ll take at least a hour, if not longer, you won’t get a call when it’s done) so I’ll have to leave and come back a second time and hope it’s done. Never had a smooth or pleasant experience here. The location further downtown state st. is flawless, polar opposites don’t know what the issue always is here. I can’t handle it anymore I’m changing to their other location would rather commute further than deal with the clown show here.-Recap on what should have been my last awful experience here. 3 days ago my script was submitted, tried calling this morning to have it processed so I can pick up on my lunch, no answer as usual, can’t leave a message. Go there on my lunch, wait in line for my script not to be ready. Am told they will process it, try calling on 4 separate occasions between 45 min intervals to check status. Go through all the menu options to wait for a ring with no answer, can’t leave message. Arrive again after 5, wait in line, they haven’t done a thing different. Never even looked up if it was in stock had to have the tech check because they won’t offer any insight unless you specifically ask. I then get told they’ll have to get it ready (2nd time) and that I should come back tomorrow. This entire team needs evaluated because this is a normality for how this staff functions. Terrible in every way imaginable, absolutely awful!

Kylee in drive up and go is AMAZING! Great organization skills and actually an amazing attention to detail! Fast paced friendly service all while trying to make sure your needs are also met i.e. would you like your 6 pack of soda bagged? "I went ahead and and tied up all of your smalls"Above and beyond she deserves a raise

Expensive, short staffed, lines-even in self checkout. Convenient location and the staff that are there are friendly.
