Every time I've ever gone to Albertsons, specifically this particular location. I have noticed a lady up at the front being rude to her employees, I think her name was Dani which I think is the front end manager.
I saw her snapping at her employees and even went as far as to make one of them cry, I find that completely unacceptable and that you shouldn't treat anyone like that.

It's being remodeled so it's very hard to find things. Employees are still great even though they don't know where anything is. It isn't there fault

Not my neighborhood store so it was hard to find things. It's also an older store. They do well with the older store.

There is a staff member that works in customer service and her name is Tina. She is always give me and my kids dirty looks for no reason. She refuses to apologize at all. Her manager told her she needs to and she will not. If you come here I would avoid her at all costs..
Lots of the other staff are very friendly and sweet always saying hi to me and my kids. My kids love the stickers they get from all the staff members

Poor customer service reps at self checkout. Treat the regular shoppers poorly. They present themselves with argumentative attitudes, and don’t care about their image at their job. Hope the pay is worth it lol. 👎🏻

I shop at Albertsons four times/week. I left some produce accidentally at the check out stand. When I called in Aaron or Erin, who stated he was the night supervisor, was one of the rudest Albertsons employees I have ever encountered and I have lived in the Treasure Valley for over 25 years. There are so many Albertsons with great customer service and friendly employees. He is a disservice to the store, brand, and industry and should definitely not be in a supervisor position. I love the Overland and Apple locations. They are incredible great and kind at these locations. Thanks to Aaron, I will not support this store with my business any further.

Pharmacy not very customer service oriented. Called and told them I ran out of meds today,was a couple blocks away. So they knew I was coming but still closed instead of giving excellent customer service and sticking around a few more minutes to help a loyal customer!
