I would normally give Albertsons a 5 start rating, but the prices are so high!!! My community has a nickname for them... Gucci Albie's. The people that work there are awesome and friendly. That is THE only reason I still go there. My other peeve is that they play too many games with pricing. The whole BOGO is a joke . They will jack up the price by 2x then try to make you feel like you're getting a great deal with the free item.
News flash... If you want to be Costco then get competitive and be a Costco like store. Quit with the totally unusable digital phone coupon. It hardly ever works. Just be competitive with pricing.

Usually this store is pretty low stress but I need to change my rating since the last time: what is up with their staffing? 1 cashier and no one watching self check out at 11am on super bowl Sunday? I feel bad for the staff they do have; this is a labor budgeting issue. Staff is always friendly and polite.

I came here to purchase a pack of whole milk bottle, my kids drink it and there was chucks within the milk. I checked the expiration date and it was expired two months ago. I went back to return it and the customer service was so bad. She was not friendly and dismissive about it. I went back to my car and noticed she gave me $15 instead of $17 for the milk price. I went back again to get the right amount of money and she did not even apologize. Selling expired products is completely unacceptable, especially something as essential as milk. This experience has made me lose trust in their quality control and their commitment to customers.

Went in today for some groceries and the cashier “Jeanie” was very unprofessional and rude. She was tossing my items in the bags and almost threw me my change.

Went in today for some fresh produce. So disappointed. There was a watermelon that was complete mush leaking all over the place, the mini cucumbers had mold on them, some of the bagged salad was brown, moldy strawberry’s ,end of English cucumbers were shriveled and brown. Not sure what’s happening in there, but I couldn’t recommend going there.

Went in today specifically for fresh bagels. There were several flies inside the bagel, donut and fresh rolls case. We let the bakery lady know and she literally removed 1 pan of donuts and walked to the back. Everything in the case was ruined yet it was left for customers. Gross!! Will go out of my way to shop somewhere else.

Your digital coupons need to go away. Too many times they either don't work...or like today, I had downloaded the Tillamook cheese coupon...even had my list, with the correct ad dates from the app on my computer...wouldn't ring up right. Easy solution: ditch the coupons
...just have specials in your ad.
