Garbage customer service. Waited for 30 minutes to have the “privilege” of talking to someone about buying a phone. Despite numerous staff just wandering around doing nothing. Not to mention 2 security guards for a tiny store that just sit there and stare at everyone. This is Boise. Not Seattle. Give it a rest!!
I won’t be back here again.

I scheduled my AppleCare appointment three days in advance to get my screen replaced, choosing a day I had off so the timing would work. When I arrived, they ran their diagnostic tests and told me I was “lucky” because they had the exact screen I needed in stock.
My appointment was at 1:45 PM, and the pickup time was set for 4:45 PM. However, when I came back for pickup, they told me they actually didn’t have the screen and weren’t able to complete the repair. Now I have to wait for their next shipment and return on a day I work, which defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place. They also didn’t give me a new estimated time.
They did offer a free screen protector, which I appreciate, but overall this experience was not convenient in any way, shape, or form.

Terrible service, I asked an employee for help, and he responded that he was busy, but in a rude manner. Then another employee asked if I’d been helped, and I told her that I hadn’t been assisted yet and needed help purchasing a phone. She said she would send someone. I literally stood in the middle of the store for about 40 minutes, getting ignored, while other employees talked to one another or helped customers who arrived after me. They would literally stare at me, and turn their heads the other way. The whole experience had me feeling awful, and discouraged from ever stepping into their store again.

Bad costumer service , the service person is not very helpful at all. Keep ignoring people. Want to buy watch and have to wait 30 minutes just to talk to somebody. Not a very good experience.

The store itself is great, but Apple is another story. I bought a brand-new Apple Watch toward the end of 2023, and it already broke down due to a hardware issue. It didn’t even last 2 full years!? Since I didn’t purchase AppleCare, there was nothing they could do to help but send it off for the cost of the watch…. Looking at other reviews, I see plenty of 1-star experiences just like mine. Honestly, I’m even considering switching phones at this point—what a rip-off.

Ryan was great and explained everything clearly excellent customer service from him. Unfortunately, Apple didn’t have my replacement phone in stock, and I was told I’d have to wait 4–5 days. Since I rely on my phone for work, I ended up buying a new one at T-Mobile just to keep going. Apple should keep replacements available for urgent cases.
