Worst customer service. You can see plenty of associates roaming busy but no one exactly follow with you.Genius Bar filled with not so friendly people, don’t care about a customer and let them wait a lot (No other customer in line)

Spent nearly $2000 on new iPhone 15 pro max. Asked about wallet warranty, the Apple mag wallet I spent $60 on when I bought my previous $1200 iPhone 14. Didn’t want to help me with that at all, or sell me a new phone case or anything. Trash service. Told me it would be a 45 minute wait to even get the process started. No wonder people switch to android

Why can I not make an appointment for help with my iPad without being charged to make the appointment? After thinking about this I called back and the phone number listed rings once and hangs up. What kind of services are you providing? Is this the way you do business or am I getting special treatment for not paying to schedule an appointment?

Start off by walking in the Apple Store and no one would assist me saying with another customer when they’re standing in a corner with themselves playing on Facebook. But Both visits and 5 employees couldn’t figure out my issue with my watch. Said it’s faulty hardware then Told they wouldn’t send in to get fixed unless I put a hold of full amount of watch even thought I had every warranty on it through Apple care +. Took to a third party store that fixes watches and they literally had it fixed in less then 10min without giving me the run around of it’s a software issue. They seriously need to train their employees to do the jobs May it be sales or trouble shooting. Will not be going back to this Apple Store ever again horrible customer service and just terrible service for supposedly experts that couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag without instructions taped to their foreheads.

They had a watch in stock, but only Penny can do watch sales, and Penny is busy. The product I want is sitting on a shelf but nobody can get it for me. Just Penny. The store manager said, “Every place has a system buddy.”Great. Is it a good system for your customers, buddy?Just shop online.

I have the AirPod pro headphones and use them when I go skiing. I have lost AirPods at Bogus and have been able to buy just the lost earbud for 89.00. Today I took in my AirPods because the left one's sound quality was poor. They gave me the option to buy a replacement for 89.00 due to it being outside of warranty but would not sell me the replacement unless I gave them my AirPod. Why can I buy one for 89.00 but I have to give 89.00 plus my property for this new one?

I went to the Apple Store at the Boise mall yesterday I had an appointment at 4:30 and I went and sat at the Genius Bar. Multiple people walked past me without saying a word to me other than staring at me. After waiting 20 minutes another couple came and sat by me to then be helped within 5 minutes of arriving and sitting down. The guy helping them was the first person to say anything to me and he asked me if I was being helped I said no and that I had an appointment at 4:30. He told me that my appointment got canceled because nobody knew I was here even though I had been in the store since 4:15 waiting until 4:50. He told he he would get someone to help me next, ten minutes later a lady came to help I told her my father’s phone wasn’t working sometimes it would charge sometimes it wouldn’t. She then asked for my dads passcode to his phone ( which somehow my dad forgot which is of course in no way her fault) but then she told me she did a hard reset which fixed the charger… that doesn’t make sense and I work for a phone company and ran the diagnostic myself and the charging port does not function properly. But I just didn’t say anything to avoid any sort of conflict or whatever, then i was sent home being told to buy a wireless charger but that the phone is fixed and just needed to be reset but it’s fixed now and to come back to the store when I had the passcode.. if it was fixed then why would I need to come back? I’m just frustrated it took so long for someone to say a word to me cause I spend over an hour there pointlessly rather than being helped at the time of my appointment and being told right away I needed the passcode so I could have just come back

Dash is the BEST Apple employee and an overall amazing person! The best customer service I’ve ever received in my life!!! He was so knowledgeable and so helpful! I wasn’t sure which Mac to get for work, and he gave me the best recommendation and advice! I am super happy with my purchase! Dash needs a promotion NOW!
