I took my daughter to see Dr. Kronberg. She was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. She made a long eye exam fun for my 9-year-old.We will be using Artisan from now on.

We absolutely love Dr. Kronberg at Artisan Pediatric Eyecare. She has been my kids’ eye doctor for a few years now. She makes the experience enjoyable, she is attentive to concerns, and is extremely competent in her practice. The rest of the staff here are also very kind and down to earth. Overall, a fantastic clinic.

All of my children love to go visit Dr. Kronberg and will ask during the year when they get to go to the eye doctor again. She is patient, engaging, meets them where they’re at, and makes them feel like they’re big kids. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for pediatric eye care.

I was blown away by artesian pediatrics! Our doctor was so incredible. It was such an easy and effortless appointment due to her amazing ability to comfortably interact with children. Not only did my daughter have such a good and positive experience, but my son who was with us at the appointment also, enjoyed his time there! He wasn’t even getting his eyes checked, but the doctor made sure to include him by giving him stickers. It was the easiest doctors appointment I’ve ever had and I didn’t even need to give my son my phone for him to be distracted. 10/10! I recommend artesian pediatrics to all my friends!

I have to give one star in order to make this review, but it would be 0 otherwise. I have to say, while the doctors are nice and knowledgeable (my kids were patients of theirs for 6 years) their front end staff is rude and difficult to work with. My company's new insurance company did a blunder and did not initially include the kids on the insurance. Even though I had proof of insurance by the time of the appt. The staff refused to allow the kids to see a doctor without paying up front $230 per child because they couldn't see it "electronically" in their system. I said we have been patients for 6 years, has my bill ever not been paid? And the staff's answer to that was "they have been insured those previous years." Wow! Insurance or not, the bill has been paid and it just shows that the staff doesnt care about the patients, just the insurance money. Show some loyalty to your loyal patients that return year after year! Especially when you see the proof that the children have insurance. We will no longer be loyal to you as a result of your cold-hearted people. Learn to work with your patients, they are people, and not responsible for other peoples blunders or electronic updates.

Dr Jill was amazing! She made it a super fun experience for my almost 4 year old who was nervous about being there, and did great with my 7 month old too. Would definitely recommend time and time again.

A great experience! The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kronberg immediately put my 2yo granddaughter at ease while giving her an eye exam. I highly recommend her and Artisan Pediatric Eyecare to kids!

Dr. Jill was A M A Z I N G! I was so impressed with how patient she was and my three year old felt so comfortable! The staff was so incredible and polite and the wait time was quick! It was not a boring visit. We will be making the 2 1/2 hour drive again to see them for my kids!

These guys are the best! It never feels like a boring Dr visit....always light hearted, fun and informative. Dr. Kronberg knows her stuff and her patients and is fantastic about explaining stuff.
