Very personable staff and seamless start to finish process. Relaxing environment with no pressure. One kiddo has extreme social anxiety and a mild processing disorder and she was allowed to watch her sister's appointment start to finish today. She scheduled her appointment for next week. Highly recommend the Boise clinic!!

Very friendly and professional!They were able to take me in by the next day after I called. They are also willing to work with a patient financially and they answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend them!

People are nice at Aspen. Went in with an emergency tooth problem and they made room for me within minutes. I’m pleased and will go back next week for more dental work.

Terrible. Booked an appointment for a "broken tooth" and didn't even get a temporary fix on the tooth. I was told to come back. Spent 1.5 hours doing x-rays and a consult just for them to lead me on as if my tooth would be repaired. I appreciate the leg work and would have gladly returned for my cleanings and fairly extensive dental work; however, I booked an appointment for a reason and they did not fix it. I will say, the gal doing my x-rays was very sweet and I really wish the situation turned out better.The doctor was dismissive and rude and each time I asked if my tooth would be fixed, he answered with a vague "we will see what we can do." Very odd. He kept telling me that he had another "big" surgery. My thought was don't schedule a tooth repair at the same time? Then he argued with me about the fact that I scheduled a "consult" versus a repair, which was not true. CLEARLY, I was there for a broken tooth... He seemed unpleasant, not welcoming, and annoyed from the get go. I am a professional as well and work with difficult clients and I have never felt the need to treat a client the way he did.When I asked what was the point of spending all this time at the office if my tooth wasn't going to get fixed, the doctor told me that I showed up late. I was 4 minutes late to a 7:30 a.m. appointment and I called the staff to tell them traffic worsened because the rain and it was taking me longer to get there (my fault), but they did not answer. No one was in lobby so I do not feel like my 4 minutes being late was an excuse to do 1.5 hours of work not even related to the issue I was appearing for. I think he said it just to take a jab at me, which again, not professional. Maybe my fault, I tried to remedy it the best I could.Just disappointed. This was an emergency appointment as I was leaving town and have a very full work schedule. I took time off work and still have a broken tooth. I have, unfortunately, broken teeth before and normally the issue is fixed at my first appointment, especially considering the risk for further damage, pain, and no one likes a BROKEN TOOTH.Ended up not scheduling my cleanings and future dental work. Regardless of the situation or how people perceive it, I am an easy going, happy person and did not like the way I felt after leaving that place. Take it or leave, but I know there are other fantastic dentists in the area that deserve your business.

The staff are kind and helpful, there’s no judgement or clipped tones. Everyone I’ve encountered there has been knowledgeable And they have solutions. I had an emergency dental visit a couple Saturdays ago and they already set me up with financing and I’m going in for my appointment today (not even a full two weeks later!)

Excellent service. Very thorough. I’m a veteran so I just like to know the essentials of what I need to do for preventative care and when to show up to appointments. They provided excellent information as well.

Sat in the waiting room and listened to the receptionist tell a patient with fillings coming out that the reason they had told her she would get a free follow up is because the employee who had scheduled the appointment couldn’t find her file and set her up as a new patient. They made her fill out all of the new patient paperwork again, then retracted the free exam offer when she came in for the appointment. I don’t like dealing with any establishment that will shirk accountability for $180.

The dental hygienist is amazing but this place is way over priced. They wanted over $1,000 for a tooth extraction. Ridiculous right? Went to Northwest Dental instead costed no more than $200. I love some of the staff I have met here but this place is ridiculously over priced by no means should I have ever been charged over $1,000 for a tooth extraction. I'm so thankful Northwest Dental came to my rescue of charging me $158 to be exact. Aspen is way to expensive. Great staff but prices are not reasonable whatsoever.

Great place to get work done. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with you at whatever stage you may be at. Extremely kind and non-judgmental. The first visits x-rays and such were free as well, which was a lovely start to our relationship. Can't recommend them enough.

Worst dental office - or any type of office in general. Do not walk, but run away from this office. Absolute worst. This is a review for the 8321 W. Overland Dr in Boise. In this case 1 means NONE!

Horrible. Showed up for an appointment to clean my teeth. Systems down so they cannot clean my teeth. "Please reschedule" they said. Dentist wouldn't even come out and talk to me. Unbelievable.And while I was in there a woman came in and said she's been trying to reach them for three days with unbearable pain in her teeth and could they please possibly help her. No we can't was the answer "our systems are down and we can't possibly help you today."

I had the best experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that I understood what all of my options were. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who wants quality dental care by a wonderful staff that truly cares!

The staff was extremely nice and my teeth feel great. My dental hygienist seemed to really take her time on making sure my teeth were cleaned properly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the pricing felt a little misleading at first. I had to ask tons of questions and reason through why they initially wanted to charge me way more than the cost ended up being. Overall though I really liked this location and my service. I will definitely be returning!

Great experience! Amazing, friendly and engaging staff! The building itself is clean and well taken care of and they were quick and informative. Fun conversation while still getting Great quality of care, makes the difference. After working over a decade in medicine myself, I appreciate a real down to earth staff with great bedside manner.
