This phone store was just ok. They did not have a good set of phones to look at. We has a t & t years back and we switched to another carrier. The map shows were their service is very spotty and that could be an issue. The gentleman there was busy so maybe come back. When I was leaving I held the door open for a male employee open and he just looked at me and walked right. No thank you or anything. That is very different. Maybe he had a bad time at home. Don’t take your personal wife issues to work.

Some of the worst customers.
Ervice i've experienced in years alonzo was absolutely useless. Instead of helping us we're finding somebody who could He did nothing And how to sleep now he did have us leave politely LO.L.
I guess he wasn't thrilled with us even though we were very polite because he couldn't make any money off of us.Just help us. Hopefully he will grow out of it. Also.
I normally give really good Reviews I give people the Benefit of the doubt but This was ridiculous

Enjoyed the experience wasn't a difficult process for me to get the next up upgrade going from iPhone to Samsung, the store is still exemplary I recommend going here

Steven made the process of getting a new phone as painless as it could be. He walked me through password recoveries and did a flawless screen protector application. World class service and he got me out quick!

I wanted to thank Alex for his help Saturday when I lost my cell phone. My husband and I went to the ATT store to get information about the phone to share with the police to identify it. Not only did he provide that, he showed us the find your phone function on my husband's phone and we saw where it was: right near where I had left it. I have it back now because a Boise parks employee found it, put it in a lock box, and a different employee contacted my husband's phone to return it on her way to work Sunday. Thanks Alex. I'll be seeing you soon to reactivate it as we used the feature you showed us to deactivate it. Nancy

Steven was so helpful and kind. We needed 3 cases and 3 screen protectors and he did such a great job putting everything together for us. We just switched to AT&T from T-Mobile. Service and phones are both better. Thanks Steven! ? Recommend!

I went in to this ATT store to help my aunt upgrade her phone. The device we got was phenomenal! Josh was great and took the time to explain everything to my aunt and was very patient and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this location
