Went in to buy a new phone, which is certainly not my favorite thing to do... And Drake provided excellent service! He broke down my options and made the process as painless as possible. He even saved me money on my monthly plan payments while getting a new phone! It was really worth buying the phone at the ATT store instead of the Apple store. So, if you're Drake's manager, give him a raise. And if you are customer, try to work with Drake!

I have to give this AT&T store a bad review purely because of the conduct of Drake and Mena, two of the employees. Drake was very personable and helpful selling me a new iphone and attempting to help set it up. Unfortunately, he was unable to correctly transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. After promising to call me the next day with a possible voucher for money off a larger capacity phone or some solutions to my inability to transfer, he failed to call. I called the store and got ahold of Mena who also promised to help find me a solution and call me back shortly. Long story short, four days later and after multiple unanswered calls I finally got ahold of Drake who informed me there wasn't anything he could do for me. If you can't help me that's fine, but at least return my calls and don't leave me in limbo. I am unimpressed

My cell phone was dying, so it was time to visit the ATT Store. The fellow who helped me recommended a phone. Then found out that they were currently out of the phone. He said, "Your phone will be here tomorrow to pick up". I went back the next day. The same fellow said, "Your phone wasn't shipped yet - we will email you when it comes in." After a week, no emails from ATT, I went back to the store. I met with a sales person. He was VERY condescending (no name tag). After a lot of questions, he finally checked with the shipper. The phone was supposed to be delivered today. GREAT He said that he would send me a email. At the end of the day - no email. So, I called the ATT Store again. Yes, they have the phone. The fellow who I talked to in the morning said, "Yeah, soon as you left, the phone came in". I said, "Thanks for the email". He said, "Did we send you an email?" "NO", I replied.This was some of the worst customer service EVER. This guy must be the Boss's Son. That is the only way figure he keeps his job.

Horrible. I went when the website & sign said open. The doors were locked & there was someone inside, ignoring the fact that people were there for business. Another customer knocked on the doors & tried to get someone to open the store up- totally ignored. I recommend going somewhere else ( that is actually open)...

Absolutely awful. Terrible customer service, charged me now 350 dollars more over 3 months than I signed up for. They have lied and cheated their way to stealing from me. For example, I am a single guy trying to set up a single phone plans, so why all of a sudden am I paying for 3 phone lines, and got charged the sign up for 4 TIMES??! Absolutely TERRIBLE. For the sake of your bank account and sanity, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ATNT!

Went to AT&T store to set up my daughters phone. The person helping us was nice. It took him a long time to get customer support on the phone and was the only one working in the store! Felt badly for other customers having to wait. He was helpful and polite finally got it done!

Excellent service by Michael and mena. Both Gave excellent outstanding service. Fantastic service. Above and beyond what was initially expected. Very very very highly recomend this store to everyone!!!!!! Will definitely be continuing my service with this at and t service carrier.

Called the store for being overcharged and mena was so rude she has horrible customer service she gave me the wrong number for customer support so we had to call back for the correct number and when asked to speak to her she told her co worker that she was on lunch when we can clearly hear her talking to her coworker just to avoid talking with me. Sadly we had to speak with her because she was the Spanish speaker there but since the second she got in the phone she gave attitude.
