Auto Spring installed a leveling kit, adjustable trackbar, new shocks, and rear add a leaf on a brand new truck. Picked up truck and drove 700 miles only to find out the alignment (Toe) was significantly off and the Trackbar was loose causing the truck to drive like crap. 2 trips to my local alignment shop and $250 later the truck drives smooth. Disappointed in Auto Spring Corp!

Boise Spring works quoted me $900 for 8 additional springs on my truck and Auto Spring Corp. told me I only needed 4 and it would be $600. When i picked up the truck they charged me $1100 for 4 springs. They are thieves. Beware!

Went in to have alignment checked after getting on a new set of tires. Went here based on Google reviews and they are spot on. They checked my alignment which was good to go. No charge with alignment being good. Also gave some suggestions on when to know when to get new shocks/struts. They run the business like businesses used to be ran which is a breath of fresh air. Honest and helpful. I will be using them going forward and would highly recommend!

Great customer service and fair pricing. They replaced the shocks on our motorhome and were great to work with. They gave us an estimate over the phone and estimate time to complete the job. Their final price and installation were both lower than the estimate. Could not be happier with the job they did on our RV.

I didn't realize that Honda Accords can have a suspension problem. My tires were wearing on the inside which could have been dangerous on the freeway. These people are very competent and made the repair for less than the Honda dealership would have charged. I just referred a friend.

Great customer service and alignment on my Jeep Gladiator after installing a lift kit. These guys are top notch. Highly recommend for car or truck alignment and other needs. Will be coming here again.
The prices are great the wait time was quick. In and out.

These guys were amazing! Went in for an alignment and not only did they end up not charging me but they also made me aware of some repairs I needed to have done that the technicians over at Ford didn't even point out! Will definitely be back

If you're a woman, don't go here. It's that shady mechanic thing where if they see a woman coming, the price is double. It's so weird here. We pulled into the parking lot and a man walked out and practically up to our car. He acted like we were cops and he was stopping us from entering. In the hot parking lot, I had to explain the situation with my car. His verbal quote was sky high. He was condescending, stating "well I'll have to see if I have time." I had been in once before and the guy at the counter was rude, seemed inconvenienced. I took the verbal "parking lot" quote and went to Les Schwab just to see what they would say in comparison. Auto Spring quoted me 1200 dollars, Les Schwab quoted me 476 dollars. That's quite a difference in price. I had gotten referred to them and was hopeful they could help me. Their personalities suck, so there is that too. They need to hire a first contact person who is about customer service, so you aren't instantly put off.
