Hours of operation on website say open at 8 AM on Sundays. Get to the store and the hours on the door say 9 AM. Show this to the clerk and he said the hours are posting the door and he can’t control what goes on the Internet.

Absolutely u helpful employees mixed with judging multiple customers about their problems with their cars. And absolute disgraceful company.

Used to be my favorite parts store, but service has gone way down hill in the past few months.
Employees complain that new management isn't taking care of them. People are constantly quitting their jobs and the new hires aren't as knowledgeable and efficient.
Just getting to the counter can be a 30 minute wait anymore.

Came in today to get some brake pads and the salesman didn't even ask me if it was for the front or rear. He gave me the ones for the front, when I needed the rear brake pads.

I was in to get a few things and while I was there, the staff was repeatedly yelling and cursing throughout the store, even thought there were many customers in it. I was very uncomfortable and could tell other people were too, especially because there were kids in there. After I had what I needed, I went to the line to checkout. There was no one else in line but one person checking out at the counter. There were other employees behind the counter that noticed I hadn’t been helped yet, and continued their conversation with each other. Overall it was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Offer a life time warranty on a product but my mechanic retired so the would not honor the warranty on the part...even though we could prove it was purchased at this location. Had receipts and everything.

Came in with a dead battery and a rear windshield wiper that needed replacing. Devin and Jacob were efficient and friendly, and replaced both in just a few minutes so I could be on my way!

I've recently moved and this is the closest AZ in my area. I've been a customer of AZ for a number of years and have used many stores in the Boise area. I really liked the staff in this store as they were friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well stocked. It seems this is a main store in the Boise area as it has a warehouse attached. I will be returning.

Easy in and out parking lot, great young people inside that seemed genuinely happy to be there.
Had my parts in store, no waiting.
Extremely pleasant visit, stop by and see for yourself.

I went in to have my battery tested I was in line for 15mins and the worker Lee was helping someone and he put a customer on hold on the phone and when he finished with the customer he asked if he could help me I told him I needed my battery tested and he said no we are short staffed and he picked up the phone and started talking to that person 5 minutes later another employee finished with his customer and asked if I been helped and when I asked to have my battery tested he looked at Lee who was now off the phone if he could test the battery and I asked that Lee not help me because he already told me he didn't have time so the employee came and tested my battery so Lee who says he's the manager is not the best to help customer service I have been doing business with this AutoZone for over ten years but after being treated poorly by a manager I will have to start using O'Reilly's and have my business stop using this store and have my customers go to another location after 6pm thanks for your poor service Lee
