I needed to get my car to an out of state shop for some work and the weather was poor, so a quick call to B&W solved the issue. They delivered it same day and the service was great!

My son went mudding and got stuck. Out dad goes to help in a 4x4, gets stuck, too. First quote from a tow company, "$3000 or more", so I called B&W dispatch to help. Isaac and a coworker show up and rescued us from freezing temps and the mud for a very fair price. They were courteous and sympathetic to us as well, which means a lot. These are the folks to call, and not the others who are happy to rob you because you're in trouble and need help. I can't recommend a better company to call, especially when you need assistance. These fellas are the best.

Ty showed up for lockout services on my car he was extremely friendly, communicative and personable. He was there in less then 30 minutes and took him less then 2 minutes to get it open (personal record)

Randall was very professional and on time. Was really quick about loading and cleaning up the mess that was made by my truck. Would always recommend B and W they are always a ten out of ten.

I've dealt with a man named Dustin once, and he was very down to earth &helpful! I felt like they listened to my needs & were able to get me towed in a timely manner. I know traffics horrible in Boise at times, but they were there when I needed them!

We have used B&W for the past three years and have been satisfied with their efforts and services.Recently, we had a truck and trailer that experienced a drop axle failure. They assisted with getting the axle safely secured and moving again. Our driver expressed gratitude for the technicians skills and willingness to help.We will continue to use B&W and their services.
