I hate that their lobby doesn't open until 9am. Tellers are nice but its inconvenient to go to this location due to lobby times

The local branches in Boise and Nampa are excellent banks to do business at and are well staffed and extremely helpful. Lonni, Stacey, Dillion, Brady, Aaron and about 12 other staff members are the best of the best in banking.
