Back in washington for 10 years I was treated like someone that matters. Not here. Will be shutting this account down and only using my Bank of America account. Bank manager first told me one thing, then changed it to be another thing. After reading others reviews I see its not just me but this bank.

Been a customer for nearly ten years, will be closing accounts and moving to different bank. Lack of empathy and follow through from customer service people. I used to love the branch on fairview that closed. The manager, there was great.
