On 8/8 I needed help identifying which battery model my generator needed. The employee said he couldn’t help unless it was pulled out of the unit and brought in, which I didn’t know how to do but was willing to try if I could borrow a screwdriver to open the unit, which he claimed the shop didn’t have. He was VERY rude and short and made it clear he didn’t want my business. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are better service oriented and helpful places right across the street.

There scam goes like this.....oh your battery is bad, sorry, can't test it to help without it being fully charged. Come back when it is charged. It won't hold a charge. Take it out, charge it for 24 hours and somehow bring it back. Dont have to honor the 75 month warranty if they cant prove its bad. Bought it 7 months ago. I work and need my car. Only way to do it was buy another battery from them and then figure out whats wrong with the first one. BS!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They had what I needed for my 2003 HD electra glide ultra at an excellent price. I'll be back when I need a pair of batteries for my powerstroke.

So we had (8) centennial battery's less than 1 year old, We had a problem with one. Tried to get the one replaced, nope. Read the fine print on the warranty. The warranty is nothing more than a feel-good sales device that isn't worth the paper it printed on. Centennial is nothing more than cheap S*** that will fail. For a cheaper price you can get a bigger stronger Duracell from Batteries Plus. I think the other thing is that this location is in the worst possible place and is very inconvenient. Even Wal-Mart is better than this place.

Stopped in because I was having issues with an odyssey battery which they carry. They did a few tests which it passed so they offered to but it on their charger over night as they thought my issue might be from my charger. Battery ended up being fine and they never tried to pressure me in to a new one. Awesome customer service.
