Marc & Evan showed up on time to unblock a drain. They quoted me a reasonable price and I let them start on the drain.
They were very courteous, wore shoe covers upon entering the house, and had a firm handshake (something i respect as a Texan living in Idaho for all these years).
What should have been an easy snake job turned into a bigger problem when they found pipe debris was what was causing the blockage. Not only did they fix it, installing new pipe and fittings, they kept the price the same.
These two not only earned my respect but also my repeat business. If all businesses had employees like these two the world would be a much better place.
Five stars and my personal recommendation. Do not hesitate to call Marc and Evan.

We had a hot water heater spring a leak that we discovered on Sunday morning, filling the garage, spraying everywhere. My husband called one place and they said they couldn’t come until Monday, so he called Beacon Plumbing and Brady was here, replaced our entire unit in under 2 hours & we had hot water 30 minutes after that. We highly recommend this company!

Discovered a water line leak Mothers Day evening causing damage to our ceiling..called three major plumbing contractors that posted that they had 24 hour emergency response services...only Beacon had a real person answer the line. Technician Brandon was dispatched immediately and efficiently repaired our leaking water line. Other contractors followed up the following morning...but we were already taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

Faster service than a fast food drive through. Professinal, knowledgeable, and thorough. When I called the service number I was immediately connected with a live person who took my information and scheduled a same day appointment. Not ten minutes after hanging up with the scheduler I received a call from the technician who had been dispatched and arrived at my door twenty minutes later. Within half hour my toilet had a new fill valve kit and is working properly. The technician went above and beyond expectations and even gave me an estimate on a some day project. Impressive!!!
