I am very very upset i bought a 2011 bmw which has left me stranded far more then it has got me where I need to go. It has now broke down on me yet again, due to this i am out of work and have no way of transportation
I have a $700 /month car payment in which I will gladly pay for a vehicle that i can rely on and that will do what it is suppose too!! We put a big chunk down to pay it off faster, my car has been broke down the entire time I have had it aside from 1 week of it being between my first break down the day I drove it off the lot and until now and yet again it is sitting broke down. I have had no accommodations for a rental, another reliable vehicle or for any of tje money I have put out into parts, tow and/or mechanics time fixing this car. N3ver in my life have it ever had a vehicle with low miles break down on me like this and have yet to hear a word back from the owners of this car lot. Still no word. I have left plenty of messages to just not hear a word back. In my expierience with this car lot it is the worst place that I have EVER dealt with in my life hands down. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT, my car had cost me far beyond it's value and I'm still having to dig into my pocket to get this damn thing running so that I can continue my business and my life!!!! Completely frustrating!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Best Buy Auto if you’re looking for a used vehicle that is not over priced with low mileage. The owner was amazing, honest, and understanding!! We bought a 2011 Volvo for our daughter. The car is amazing and runs great. The Volvo still had the owners manual and when we were looking through it, we found all of the service records dated back to 2011.
The owner understood the situation that we were in and made the purchase happen. We feel very blessed. If we are ever in the market again for a used vehicle, we will only go to Best Buy Auto.
Daughter loves the car and it drove great in the snow today, Thank you Beto!

See what KB wrote. Very unethical to sell a car with a fuel leak. It wasn't like this leak was discovered weeks or months after purchasing the car. It was literally the evening of the purchase date. Fuel leaks are dangerous and it was for our daughter which makes me even more angry. There is no way he didn't know about it. Shame on you sir!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a 2012 Volkswagon CC for our daughter on Saturday. Noticed that evening after filling the gas tank a very pungent gas smell as well as fuel leaking under the gas tank. Took it in today and is an $1100 fix. They will lie straight to your face and tell you no leaks or mechanical issues and sell you a car that they know is bad. He knew this car was going to be our teenage daughters primary vehicle and had no reservations selling us something with a major gas leak. Tried calling today and they won't answer the phone. Avoid this dealer at all costs!

So I meant to do this sooner. Beto was amazing to work with. I live in NV and he worked with me to purchase the car I wanted in 2021. The car runs great and the only issues it has had are issues that come with time and are expected from owning a car. I love the car. It have been one of my favorite purchases. I’d go through Beto again if ever looking for a used vehicle.

I should have known better than to buy a car from here. Beto completely lied to me about the Taurus I bought. He had a great low price and he was asked about any issues with the car. Of course he said nothing was wrong but since November when i bought the car I have had to put nearly 2k into it to keep it running and every time I turn around, something else is wrong. About to throw money at the bad power steering pump, and was also told by a body shop that the front fender I asked about and he said it just needed a clip but come to find out that the bumper has been glued. Nice one hiding issues with the car rather than being honest. Beto sold me a lemon. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.Post business owner update 11.22.21: I stand by my review, the car I was sold is junk, period. As a consumer, I should be able to trust the business owner and I did only to get a car that basically had a bunch of problems that were hidden by temp repairs.Car was sold as is so there was no going back and no point in calling. The entire experience was not good, don't take it personal like you did in your reply but learn from it and be a better business owner.

Wish I could do zero stars:/ Was car shopping for my sister and was completely lied to by Beto. He claimed a Ford he had was in perfect condition and tried to have his OWN mechanic look at the car for us and pressured us too buy. We took it to OUR mechanic to find out it needed over $5k of work done and had recently been steam cleaned to hide serious life threatening damage. Please don’t buy from this place.

Beto was incredible to work with. Very kind, not rushed, and extremely honest. He didn’t push anything on us and was so respectful throughout the purchase process. He has also shown us so much trust and respect as our lien holder.The car we purchased has been extremely reliable—everything just as promised and expected. We are very happy with it!We would absolutely go back to Best Buy Auto again and again for future vehicle purchases and highly recommend this dealership for anyone in need of a vehicle!
