Great staff. Very clean. Did I mention great staff?! We usually stay with a different chain but found Best Western more common on our trip to the east coast. Every stay was great...but this location was the best. The only Best Western location that let us park our bikes under the canopy in front. The best, most helpful and real staff of our stays at any location. Very clean. Big rooms. Updated. I had been looking for outdoor seating for our whole trip and this was the first place that met all of my requirements for a firepit close to my motorcycle. You won't regret paying for the comfort and happiness here.

It is in a low key location. Our room was in great shape when we got in. Stay was peaceful and quiet. We brought our two pups with us who also had a wonderful stay. Shout out to Suave for being so accommodating and getting us anything we needed.

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel the first time we had issues with our service dog with the hotel staff not following ADA guidelines now. They put us in a room that's mattress is so bad there is absolutely no support like the springs are broken like somebody's had trampoline contest on it. We looked at a couple other rooms and it was the same thing.
Absolutely the worst stay. I'm now going to have to sleep on the floor so I have support for my back. I cannot sleep on the bed my wife has to sleep on the couch. This is absolutely the most miserable stay at a Best Western. They are really truly falling short

As of 5/28/2025, Nice Hotel! Also,UPDATE: They are not currently under any type of renovations for the summer.
We immediately noticed the cleanliness of the desk area, halls, and our room! Pet friendly for dogs only,$30/night. They do have a rather extensive breakfast. All items available this morning were Beagles, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage (like Kielbasa sliced), potatoes, waffles, yogurt with 3 toppings (Granola, cherry,apples),cereal, muffins,and oranges. To drink, apple juice, orange juice, and milk.
Pool and hot-tub were open 24/7 and clean, also located indoors. The gym was small, but available, they even have a water dispenser near equipment. Overall, nice, would return. It was a clean and quiet stay. We paid $177 for the room,taxes,fees,and pet fee for 1 night.

Joshua was so sweet and treated me with such kindness. I had my service dog and was not treated rudely like I had been at other hotels as my service dog current is retiring and I am training a new one. I was given every effort to accommodate my needs as I am disabled and they went OUT of their way to treat me with courtesy and efficiency....the day manager and her assistant were so sweet and checked me in quickly, and early and also walked down to open the door for me. I will always be so grateful as it was difficult traveling alone, disabled and with major health and stress concerns at bay. God bless these associates!!!

Friendly Staff, Clean room, and Clean Bathrooms. We stayed in a board room and it was spacious. Definitely recommend staying here!! 24 hour hot tub, pool, and gym and continental breakfast make it the best!

I'd say it's an above average "typical" style Best Western hotel. Staff was great. Joshua was very friendly and attentive. Id stay here again.

MJ was soo amazing with her customer service very hopeful on helping me with activities to do and how to get to the locations
Rooms: The room service was wonderful and the cleanliness was amazing

Recently stayed at best western northwest lodge. The rooms are very clean and the AGM and hk manager where super helpful managed to get me in early as i landed earlier then expected. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

The rating says it all!!!
Requested an early checkin when I booked the room. When I arrived, not only was there no early checkin for me, but the room they had for me included my pet??? I don’t have a pet. No dog, bird, or fish with me while on business travel….go figure.
While I was attempting to find another hotel, the female manager approaches me, and gets confrontational. She quickly got an earful! I found another nearby hotel, and also got an early checkin. I would never ever recommend this “Worst Western Northwoods Lodge”!
