I have been battling gut issues for almost seven years. I saw two different ENTs for vertigo, two different gastroenterologists, and in addition my regular primary care physician. It seems everything is controlled by your gut. Thank God for Dr. Nicole Maxwell. I spent an hour and a half with her going over my symptoms of what had been occurring within the last seven years and she got me started on supplements and did some testing. I'm still in the healing phase, but I am so, so glad I went to Boise Natural Health. Dr. Nicole is very concerned and I feel so comfortable with her. Denise at the front desk is also very helpful. Best decision for 2023, and I'm looking forward to healing more in 2024!

Dr. Maxwell is amazing. She helped me heal my body from issues I’d been struggling with for years in months, uncovering the root issue and addressing it. After healing the true root issue, the rest of my body and other symptoms have continued to heal. Thank you!

Dr Falkner and Dr Maxwell are great! I received ozone injections for shingles based on Dr Falkner’s recommendation and Dr Maxwell administered them. The ozone injections helped tremendously! I did two rounds and after the second round I had literally no more pain from the shingles! I could not recommend them more.

I have had so many injuries and health issues over the last 10 years of my life. My girlfriend convinced me into seeing a natural clinic as she was always anti western medicine. Super disappointed in this clinic. Showed up for my appointment for ozone and they indicated I could not have ozone due to low iron levels. Although I appreciate the fact that they don’t feel good about it. I have gone through surgery and had three ozone treatments to help me heal. I took an Uber here $80 round trip for this service. To let me know when I was already here is unacceptable. They stated they left a message. They did not.I rate this clinic 1 star simply because they inconvenience me incredibly. I would never have chosen this clinic had I know how unprofessional they were going to be.

Dr. Michaela is just awesome. Unlike my experience with mainstream medicine, she cares about the root cause of the symptoms and knew which tests would shed some light on the problem. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Oh and bonus, she is efficient with the time and doesn't charge for the unused minutes scheduled. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I went in the hopes to receive help and left the appointment confused, upset, and in shock. Dr Maxwell was condescending, dismissed all my previous diagnosis, treated me like I was stupid, and gaslit me about my newly diagnosed ADHD (not seeming to think it had an impact on me). She seemed to have no compassion or empathy, she was insensitive about my father's death . The price range was more than they originally told me, and after being insulted instead of helped they refuse to refund me, I would not recommend this establishment.

Thank you Dr. Nicole Maxwell, I came to you with the phrase \\\" eating is a necessary evil\\\" I feel better, I am able to breathe better, I am able to eat foods I've avoided all my life, fatigue is a non issue, I'm enjoying and happy to exercise again. You listened to me. The protocols you detailed with care from the tests that were done were spot on. I'm so grateful. At 72 the best decision I've made for a better rest of my life. TY

I love the care I receive from Dr. Haynes and her staff. I began working with Dr. Maxwell specifically in regards to my Hashimotos diagnosis and thyroid issues. I was impressed by the very first visit, as it was the first time in all my years that I felt heard and acknowledged by a doctor and like a human being, not a dollar sign. Even in such a short time into my health journey with her I already feel immensely better. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Nicole Maxwell has helped me tremendously with so many medical issues that I had to face this past year. I faced esophageal issues that prevented me from swallowing and reflux issues that were so severe I couldn't talk most of the time, all which caused anxiety and depression. Dr. Maxwell listens to all I have to say and walks with me every step on this healing journey to strengthen me body and mind. It is amazing the progress I have made.
