It’s really annoying that you guys have 3 listed closing times. Drove all the way here to go to the store because on your website it says it closes at 7 pm, got here and pulled it up on google maps and it shows you close at 5 pm. Called your phone number and the answering machine says you close at 6 pm.

If you wanna play Monkey in the Middle with the 10 year olds running the place, have at it. You’ll be told to go to all the counters x3 to find what you’re looking for/get help. Absolute disaster.

They said they emailed my order for my cap and gown, never received an email. They said they didn’t have the correct size so they didn’t process the order. I called and said they could get me a different size. Turns out they had the size I ordered to begin with and they seemed a bit unprofessional.

Amazing service and a very friendly manager. They helped me find everything I needed quickly. Easier to shop than the store on campus due to the smaller store size. Highly recommend shopping here!

I just received a diploma frame, graduation gift for my son. It’s absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with its wonderful craftsmanship and the personal service of the gals at the shop.
