I bought a $40 door, and asked the clerks opinion if this door was for exterior use, and he said yes, so I paid and hauled it out the front door. While I was loading it, I realized it was already puffed up at the bottom - most likely from moisture, so I hauled it back in, and they couldn't refund the money - 3 minutes later. I took an in-store credit. The instore credit expired. So evidently, I donated $40 cash on top of everything else that I used to donate to them.

We've shopped at different HfH restores in many states and this one is pretty nice. It's well organized, clean, well lit, and the prices are great. I love that the doors have sizes written on them and most everything is priced clearly. The staff is nice and super helpful. Ricky was awesome, he knew about so many products that were in the store, where they were and what he had in stock! There is plenty of parking even if you have a trailer. ** They even have monthly specials, this month is 50% off hardwood flooring, 10% off tile, and tables and chairs were discounted also!!!

When we updated our ceiling fans, we knew we wanted to pass on our working fans. Although the Habitat store was understaffed, the line worker greeted me and quickly followed me to my car, unloaded and carried our fan into the store. He was very helpful. Then I looked around the store at leisure. It was clean and fully stocked. I enjoyed browsing more than at the library.

What a sad operation charging the same as new on many items, to being very picky on donations. They refused 90% of my donations, most of which were new in package. New light fixtures, blinds, led conversion kits... I was so mad I didn't let them have anything, I donated it all to a nearby non profit that appreciated the donation

My husband and I came in a whim to look for parts for the various projects we have going on. We loved the diverse array of items they have going on. Honestly, it was the cleanest habitat for humanity we've ever seen from Southern California to Idaho. We plan on coming back often.

Totally thankful for places like this! I always check here before going to the big box stores! Can find great deals here... Went looking for a pedestal sink and counter top for a much needed remodel of my guest bathroom and vanity! Lots of things to see and possibilities of recycling or upcycling some used materials! Got what I need and at a good price too! Saved a ton of money too!

Talk about an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Can you say you helped build a house? Now I can:) I was there on a Saturday, I think that's the day they do construction, and it was so cool. The people who for for Habitat for Humanity Boise were very nice, and the volunteers I met were great! Also, you get a free lunch!! All in all a great day helping other people and having fun while doing it!! I think my favorite and rewarding part was seeing the faces of the people whose house we were building with them!!!
