Very disappointed… called ahead and asked if State st. Location would be interested in a new bathtub in box and full stainless steel light fixture set, employee responded w a long pause, be here before 5:30 sharp! I arrived at the drop off doors at 5:11pm to 4 people sitting around waiting to close and the same guy not optimistic about the donation due to the time, uninterested in the donation I said would find somewhere that needed or would appreciate. Was pulling out and the guy came out to say, I guess we can take it… No way that was happening - Wow - and they pride their organization on donations and caring. I’ve donated many items over the years until this unfortunate circumstance.Never ever again

I don't always find what I'm looking for, but when I do, the price is right. Staff are always friendly, and if an item isn't priced, it is always a reasonable price at the counter. Half of the fun is finding the treasure that someone discarded or donated. You never know what you will find each time you visit.

The backbone of the community housing project. Always enjoy a walk through. Warms my heart to see families purchasing materials at fair price to improve their lives. Saw a group buying a bed for a little boy that had been sleeping on the floor. Help them in any way you can.

Absolutely great store for remodeling your home. I live in a tiny studio and every time I go there, I'm always finding cool stuff for my studio or even for camping trips. Very reasonable price.

Completely unhelpful employees. Doors are scattered all over the store and when I asked for assistance I was told ‘I’m the only one here’ then he walked to another employee and complained about me asking for help locating the doors. I then witness this employee watching tv for at least 5 minutes. I wont be back.

Low volume on the shelves compared to the past. Plenty of light fixtures but no plumbing parts.

Because of its convenient location to me I frequently stop there 1st to see if they have hardware items that I need. More often than not I find what I need. Items are used it saves you money and it goes to a good cause. They also repurpose other items like appliances, cabinets and some furniture items. Most workers are volunteers. The facility is clean and well organized. They have new items also like light bulbs and boxed screws.
