Don't waste your money with this company. The employees don't know anything about phones. (They hire whoever) and the plans are the worst in the nation. (Pay for unlimited and get 5 days of fast speed) pathetic!

Came in to get a new phone and the guy working didn't know anything .there was 45 mins till closing and that's all he cared about. He didn't bother to help me and suggested I go elsewhere and buy the phone . All I wanted was my upgrade. If he didn't look special needs I probly would have complained to Management. He's not doing boost mobile any favors. And would probly do better at a job watching paint dry. I will never go to this store again.

When I got there the store was closed even tho the hours said they were open. No open sign was on either. Very disappointed!!!!!

Spent $350 on a new phone. About a week in, it consistently drops calls, can't connect half the time when I call a #, but most annoying is that 90 percent of the time, the other party can not hear me when I talk. This happens usually 30 seconds into the conversation. I have had important calls end because not this. Also, the phone was supposed to have been brand new, but another lady's name and information were on the phone when I bought it. Store refuses to do anything. Switching providers.
