I bought my kids and I phones for Christmas. On that same day a few hours later I noticed I wasnt getting calls or texts. I went in on Saturday the lady there just laughed and took my phone and said ok try it not. Nothing changed they were closed for Christmas so we took our phones back in on Tuesday and the same lady rolls her eyes and says your back I told her no one can get in touch with me. She says well you can just give us the phones back but you won't get your money back. So we left went to a different boost store and they traded my phone out for being defective but the new phone is doing the same thing you have to be connected to WiFi and I don't get my incoming texts or calls. It was a big waste of money . Being a small business owner I need my phone

Do not waste your time or money. No one actually knows about their own processes/procedures there to start. You do as they tell you to do & it turns out to be incorrect info & then you get a very condescending manager who will turn it around & try to berate you for not knowing their very same processes/policies that they don't seem to fully understand themselves + will want to charge you for their own misinformation &improper guidance. Utter insanity. Save yourself the headache & go somewhere else.

Ashley is a rockstar! She was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. She made everything look so easy. Her polite and professional manner made me feel at ease. Just switched over to boost from metro and the nice girl Ashley went above and beyond anything me and my mom expected! Amazing was so far the best cell phone/store experience we have ever had!

Great customer service, best deals on smart phones, and plans, they also have the affordable connectivity program, and ashly, go's above and and beyond the call of duty, in the customer service side, she is a boost mobile phone sales warrior, and she has a great attitude, she is vary helpful

We decided we’d like to save some money and switch from AT&T’s outrageous prices, so after some thorough online research decided on boost mobile and drove from out of town because this looked like the best store. Let me tell you it’s not. The woman lounging behind the counter quickly tole us that their store is owned by some company other than boost, so none of the deals boost was offering were applicable at the store. I asked where an actual boost store was and she said they’re all owned by the other company so no deals at any store. Also no deals the store itself was running. Also all of the phones you can get with your plan and make payments on as advertised? No payments at this store (or any). No plan than includes a new phone, and even though you would buy an unlimited boost plan at this store, it would not be unlimited. For unlimited they give 60 gigs of data instead. And then she argued with me about the pin to port my number. Actually argued. Between this rude woman and the store obviously not selling actual Boost Mobile, even though they say they’re authorized, the whole visit was really unpleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll be going with boost because anything sounds better than having to deal with the smug sourness emitted here.

No service no nothing for two days . Can’t access my account , customer service is down , can’t make or receive calls. The local store is no help thousands are having the same issue due to the Hack and nothing is being done. I can’t even transfer my phone number that I have had for 8 years to a different provider WTH get your stuff together DISH/ owner of boost this is ridiculous

Showed up to setup service, waited with another customer outside of the building for about 10/15 minutes past opening and no one showed up or answered the phone so the other customer and I left. Sunday 12/4 at the Fairview location

Yesterday I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with RiChArD from tech support about my son's cell phone issues. This guy was a complete tool, and not a useful one either. I'd never wanted to smash my phone in anger up until this day. I could elaborate but this is intended to be a positive review, and I'm already getting mad again just thinking about this interaction. I decided to take the phone into this location and I was considering ending my service with them all together. The woman working, forgive me but I forgot her name, was seriously an ANGEL!! In UNDER 2 MINUTES she did what the "expert tech support" dummies couldn't do in 2 hours. I really appreciated her being so knowledgeable and patient, especially in that moment when I was so frustrated. I don't often write reviews but she was seriously so awesome I want to make sure someone at Boost Mobile sees this review and gives her a raise. (You should just give her 'RiChArD's' salary and send him packing.) She mentioned that she manages 8 locations locally, if that helps to identify her. If you're reading this, I'm sorry I forgot your name but thank you so much for your help. I needed to catch a break and you really represented your company in a great way. We are all 3 still Boost clients only because of you. Thanks again!
