They're SUPER overpriced and very unhelpful and ask if you need help every two minutes whilst following you when they're not and when I tried returning a blind pin box that I just got there only ten minutes ago that day they refused to refund me the pins were $12 and super small like smaller than a penny the workers were super rude to me

I'm all for Boxlunch, but it's such a stressful environment to shop in. Everything is so packed together it's not even shoppable and you can't really even see all the different product with how stacked up everything is.

Honestly trash. It’s like if Hot Topic and Disney had a baby. There was nothing but weeaboo merch, random Shrek things, kid clothing, funko, Harry Potter (shocker), and of course the dreaded Disney EVERYTHING. There wasn’t anything cool or worth looking at, it was the same garbage you find in any trendy shopping place. Won’t be returning.

Holy moly... This store is great and can definitely browse for a couple minutes. Only problem is the employees will ask you if you need help every 5 minutes. They also follow you around and pretend to fold clothes or tidy up a spot to keep an eye on you. I am not a thief. They made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I left the store immediately when they asked if I needed assistance for the 3rd time.

Unique and delightful. The staff did a wonderful job of upselling, which cost me more money, but then got me more delightful swag. At least stop here--if you've never been, ignore the confusing store name... It has nothing to do with food.
