Until two months ago, I have had great service here for the last 15+ years and multiple vehicles. Today my truck got dropped off at 11:30 with a request for oil change. After no call, I went over at 5:40 and the truck hadn’t been worked on and no one called to update me. I guess they assumed I could go without a vehicle for another day? Maybe wouldn’t have been so maddening except for the exact same thing happened a month ago for the same thing. What does a girl have to do to get the oil changed? The new to me manager said he’s to blame. And offered me 50% off the oil change I need. No thanks. Bring back the other managers and I’ll return. He said he’ll have his boss Monte give me a call…. I hope he can at least follow through with that.

Worst experience I have ever had getting my car repaired. 2005 Ford excursion with a cooked ac compressor. The initial quote was for $2200 I understand it is a big vehicle. It took them 4 days, two days longer than they said, they also broke the connection manifold and said there were no parts available so they had it welded at a local shop. Picked it up 6 days after dropping it off. Total just under $2500, Only to drive 10 mins down the road and stop to hear all the Freon leaking out . Took it back with the AC blowing like a furnace. Got it back two days later, strange they were able to find that non-existent manifold. They then had the audacity to say they were not going to charge me for the second repair. I left in a pissed off mood without our checking under the hood, went to get diesel and checked the oil only to find they failed to reattach the vacuum pump and vacuum tank. The AC components are clearly not the correct size. But I am PCSing to Georgia and can't go back in to have it fixed properly. Military stay away.

Thanks to David and the mechanics at Point S for quickly diagnosing and fixing my dead car. My car had to be towed and David recommended a towing company to get my car. He also called them to expedite their service. When my car arrived at Point S they quickly identified that my alternator had failed. It was replaced within four hours and my dead car lives for another day (or years hopefully). I hope your experience is great too.
