After a camper install my rear end on my Tundra was sagging due to the added weight. A sales associate showed me aftermarket equipment to level the truck and suggested additional items that would be good to replace while working on the suspension. It was no pressure and no overselling, just reasonably priced name brand parts.
The install was scheduled and was done as requested. The vehicle was returned on time as promised. The work was clean and neatly done.
This is the second time I’ve used Buck’s for vehicle mods and I’ll go back the next time I need something else done.

Jeff was a lot of help discussing the work on my F150. New tires and wheels, leveling kit, Bilstein's, and crash bars. No surprises, the Tech's had all the work done on time and looking good.

2023 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel Mega Cab. With new truck camper installed I took one trip stock and had some serious sway. Front suspension bottomed out of some minor dips on gravel roads. Went to Bucks 4X4 and Jeff suggested some after market upgrades which led to superior performance just as he stated.
Had a minor delay on Carli Shocks for full upgrade so Jeff had me take the truck with just the Air Bags installed and it was a dramatic improvement in the rear. He talked me into the in cab remote control and onboard compressor. I'm happy I did it $$.
Took the truck back to Bucks 4X4 for the remaining parts install.
The Carli System up front and Helwig Big Wig anti sway bar with Carli shocks all around is highly recommend. Carli front springs leveling and track bars. Rides perfect now with the truck camper or just empty.
Third trip with the camper installed on sketchy gravel and horrible pavement outside Arco ID the truck was smooth and cornered like my Jeep. Very little sway and quick recovery with the new suspension.
Jeff, his Son and his Mom were all helpful and I was extremely happy with their work. The truck performs just as it was advertised. None of my trips were delayed due to a parts issue and they handled everything like professionals. I highly recommend this local family owned business. Two thumbs up!

Had Bucks regear my JKU. After break in period I had them check everything and change fluid. Shortly after I moved to Colorado and noticed a bad vibration. Called them to notify them and they said they wouldn’t warranty it unless I drove it all the way back. Took it to a reputable shop and the front pinion nut was loose. Called bucks again and they stated they would not cover it because they did not do the work. I stated so my only option vs being preventative was to let it destroy my front diff or get it towed 10 hours. They stated “yep”. Now my front locker will not lock. I do not recommend them to regear your vehicles.

Communication and service lacking. If you say you are going to check on my order and get back to me do that. After at least 3 prior times calling in for a status update and being told they would look into it and get back to they did not. I finally had to stop by in person to get the bad news that my order I paid for 2 months prior and supposed to be here by now is now 3 more months out. All while cracking jokes about “do I want the good news”. WTH really!??? Not a time for jokes.

I recently bought my husband a new light bar and running lights from Buck’s that they recommend. After 2 weeks the light bar stopped working and they refused to replace it because they said it was the factory’s responsibility. It’s been 3 months and we still haven’t heard anything so buyers beware working with this company

I had a lightbar and 2 running lights installed and paid over $2,000. In less than a month the light bar went out completely so I called to get a replacement. I was immediately told I purchased the lowest cost one and there’s much more expensive that last longer. I was never given a choice so this was quite odd so I said can I come swap it out or replace it only to be told sorry all returns need to go through the factory. They pawned me off to the factory saying they would contact me but they are slow so now it’s been 3 months and I haven’t heard from anyone. Needless to say I hope this review prevents any customers from buying products from them so please bring your own and just pay for the install.

I had them install a 24inch bar and 2 running lights that’s costs over $2,000 that they recommended. In less then a month the light bar went out so I called to get in replaced and I was told I bought the cheaper one. Then I was told they don’t replace it because it has to be done by the factory and they will be contacting me. It’s been 3
months since I the defective light bar went out and still no follow up by them or the factory. I’d highly recommend buying your own products and having them install it because their warranty and customer service is subpar at best.

Worst shop in town. Do not take your vehicle there. Customer service was rude, demeaning, and just unpleasant. I was charged for an alignment that was not performed. My shocks I had installed are now cracked. Do not go there.

Once again Bucks did an amazing job on my vehicle. They were able to install my oversized tires on a brand new expedition max with some custom modifications. It turned out amazing. These guys do excellent work, I would recommend them to anyone.

Highway robbery. 130 dollars to shake front end and lie about bad bushings that you changed 20k miles ago. 260 dollars to mount stock size tires on stock wheels, not even including disposal.

They were great! They got my gladiator grill in quickly and put on right away! The service was so quick, I sat there and was able to work during the install. Excellent service!
