Recently our car battery died and we walked in off the street looking to see if they had a battery charger. Not only did they have one, they jump started our car and took me to the auto parts store to buy a new battery. They then installed the battery for us. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

From the time I walked thru their doors it was a wonderful experience. Megan asked if she could help me and I said I wanted to get an estimate. She said someone would be right with me. Megan was friendly, courteous and helpful. Then Richard did the estimate and I can't say enough about how professional and friendly he was. He explained how the process works and knew how to make sure it went very smoothly. They texted me every step of the way so I knew what was going all thru the entire repair. They did and excellent repair job and I have no complaints. Even the price was reasonable, it was lower than the most expensive shop in the area and just a little higher than the known cheapest shop in town. Their front office was very clean, organized and efficient. It was night and day difference from the other two shops I received estimates from. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anybody that asks me if I know a great body shop that has excellent customer service and does an outstanding repair job with no complaints. Keep up the great work.

Richard is a real professional. The Collision team was fast and attentive, and the coordination with insurance was seamless. My car was restored to me in a better condition then it was before I needed their services.

I had a special issue with seat belt replacement. They were diligent in finding a replacement. I was always informed of progress and issues. The repairs are gorgeous. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Amazing job on the repairs of my new truck. They were understanding and sympathetic to having to fix my brand new truck with only 1,500 miles on it.
